A Corrupted And Forever Damaged Judiciary That Has No Credibility

Uh, isn't that partisanship?

No idea. I never looked at his qualifications.

Yes, R partisanship. I'm not saying D's aren't partisan, R's criticizing it is hilarious. Regarding the judge...'that's what Senate Republicans said'

I don't even know what you're asking for.

I was referring to the damage done to the country by one parties partisanship. D's partisanship-Affordable Care Act R's partisanship-misappropriated Supreme Court justice

What's a "misappropriated Supreme Court justice"?

What's a "misappropriated Supreme Court justice"?

Good question, I was referring to machine gun mitch interpretting the Constitution to his own benefit and depriving the citizens that voted for President Obama of their preferred SCOTUS justice.

And how are you going to remedy the situation?

The idea of an honest politician is illusory and ephemeral.

The idea of an honest politician is illusory and ephemeral.:) But why? Obviously because politicians depend on incompetent voters, to whom nothing can be explained, since populism reigns in politics. Let's imagine for a moment that we introduced a certain electoral qualification and selected only competent voters. Do you think populism would have survived in this case? Would politicians become more honest? Maybe it's time to give up universal suffrage?

No American of any stripe can ever act shocked or dismayed, should future actions be taken to undue this un American, and un Constitutional atrocity the founders would not have stood for.
Contrary to the popular rhetoric, the founders of the United States are not turning in their graves because of the misuse of the Constitution, but rather, because of the continued exercise of the inadequate formulation of the government that has been compounded by miscalculated adjustments over the course of two hundred and fifty years that has diminished representation and oversight of the government services in spite of the claim that the charter limits the government. They would certainly not insist that their centuries-old design for a balanced three-part separation system of checks on power is working correctly. Perpetual corruption and relative social discontent indicate that the mission to deliver domestic tranquility has been skewed.
