That's one nobody cares about anymore. They'll do something on Obamacare and declare victory. They'll build something they will call a wall and declare victory. They'll deport some criminal aliens and declare victory. President Trump will end investigations of Hillary "in the interest of unity."

At least under a Trump presidency, it's once again legal for us to talk about having a wall, deporting illegals, refer to radical Islam, etc. That's all been verboten under the Obama regime.

Indeed, people will look back on the Obama regime as dark days.

'End investigations'? Is there an investigation? And can the President call one off?
He's going to disappoint a lot of people, but not because of these throwaway promises. His Trumpanzees will be able to swallow watered-down or 'inoperative' promises but once he's ingratiated himself with the power elite, made peace with the powers-that-be and gotten cozy with the Republican back-roomers he'll have left his electors behind and be currying a new constituency.

I really don't care. I didn't vote for him, but what is clear is that his Dem opponents are completely mystified.

What you guys need to come to terms with is that he won because he outsmarted you. No reason he can't keep doing that.

As are the Republicans. Trump's a liberal but not a Republican liberal like Nelson Rockefeller and that crowd, Trump's a loose cannon and everyone on his deck is not turning their backs on him.

A good plan would be to get state and local LEOs involved by offering them a federal bounty for illegal aliens turned over to ICE. Perhaps $250 per head for a base bounty with a $500 bonus for convicted felons. If any nation refuses to take them back then bar all immigration from that nation as well as canceling any foreign aid.

Just that my contempt for Trump is broader, deeper and easier to express.

He also has to come up with the massive amount of money it's going to take to pay them to remove the 3 million people he said he is going to remove. That can only be done by adding money to the budget for it. If Congress says no, then the answer is going to be no. Paul Ryan has already said Congress won't fund it, so it's dead in the water before Trump even takes office.
