Ok. My city is prepared to go either way. They are re-opening, and if the poo hits the fan, they can shut them down again and already be prepared to go 100% virtual since that is what they had planned to do from the beginning.

The virus is trending downward. As long as your area is not a hot spot you can open. Have good safety procedures in place and a zero tolerance for non compliance amongst students. Be flexible and quick to dial back if necessary.

That's great! Our state has the green llight, as well, and now my son's stepkids can return, too. This has been hard for the kids--we need to give them as much normalcy as possible. Working remotely, or parents coming to school to pick up and drop off "packets" has not worked well for about half our students. The loss of interaction is probably even worse.

I wish them all well.

The bolded part comes natural to progressives. Where better to learn intolerance than school and who better to teach it than a bunch of intolerant progressive teachers.

He is never wrong. His opinions evolve as he learns new information. Everything he saus is 100% correct at the time he says and stays correct until he changes his mind. Then his new opinion is 100% correct too.

True and I would put the emphasis on Compliance. What we don't hear much is what they plan on doing if things go very badly which they very well might, then what. Most schools here in Texas are doing online schooling at least for a while to see how this goes with those that will fully open. If the indicators from schools that have already opened is any indicator things are going to go badly for all concerned. Those that push it in the highest point in the pandemic should be held accountable.
