So if a few gaffes can be enough in the conservative mind to assume someone is senile, than I submit that Trump cannot be president.



Or are we judging two people by different standards?

I must disagree with you on that statement.

President of the United States of America Donald Trump has stated, on more than one occasion, that his father was born in Germany.

Refs: “My father is German, right? Was German. And born in a very wonderful place in Germany, so I have a great feeling for Germany.”

“I was there many, many years ago. Meaning, my parents were born in the European Union. I love these countries; Germany, Scotland, they are still in there, right?” [Ed.: The European Union came into being in 1993.]

“Don’t forget both of my parents were born in EU sectors — my mother was Scotland, my father was [born in] Germany.”

President Trump has made it perfectly clear that his father was born in Germany. Documented records of his father's birth in the United States of America must be forgeries that somehow made it into our public records, right?

His father was from either "Nipple" "Button" or "Nambia" and once lived in "yo-Semite" and also lived on the Colorado/Mexico border.

That explains why Trump's doctors wanted him to take a stroke screening test.

But not why they were surprised Trump could pass it

I often wonder about that strange trip to Walter Reed by trump. The senario fits a blockage stroke, treated by a clot buster, then followed by the stroke cognitive screening.

Trump has the classic lifestyle and body habitus to be a stroke risk

You're the one in for a surprise. Trump has more baggage than any incumbent in modern history. All Biden has to do is ask Trump about all his lies and watch Trump squirm and lie some more.
