What will Trumpers do when Trump loses in November

As I have stated before. There is a HUGE difference from 2016. To begin with, Hillary was hated by many, Biden is not hated by anyone. More importantly though, Hillary had a 7 point lead in July before the election and that lead was shrinking. In October the lead was down to 2-3 points. This year, Biden was leading Trump by about 7 points in April but it was up to 15 points in July and keeps widening (not shrinking) and that makes it close to impossible. In addition, in 2016, Trump pulled out his "ace in the hole" with his Russia, I hope you find the the 30,000 emails that got lost and then in October, Hillary was then investigated again for the emails. What will Trump do now, pull the Hunter Biden stuff again?

No, Nota, this time Trump has a losing scenario that would take a miracle to overcome.

But Trump can still steal it. In fact, that is the focus of his current campaign....find a way to steal it or pile up a number of different bag jobs to steal it.

When you break glass and pull the lever and Kanye West shows up at your fire, YOU ARE IN A WORLD OF TROUBLE. Trumpets and NORMAL PEOPLE take note.

Voter turnout is the key to keeping Trump from stealing it. A no show performance like what the younger demographic did for Bernie WILL NOT DO. Internet chatter is not voting. GET OUT AND VOTE!!!!!!

I think it is about time that we start talking about what now seems inevitable.........Trump loses the election in November. What will Trumpers (and Republicans) do to fix their party and hope to get back to office in 2024?

Trump has become an idol to rally around among Conservatives who literally have been willing to give everything they have ever believed in for (their honor, their principles, their feeling of right and wrong, their beliefs in justice, their desire for truth). Following such an act is impossible to do. Consider Rubio or Haley, who are likely to be running for President in 2024, will they have the kind of magnet attention that Trump garnered among his base? Will they be able to generate the kind of following among Republicans that Trump did? Not likely at all.

How will the Republican party survive a loss in November given that Trump has set such low standards for being a president that the Democrats will be able to use those low standards as ammunition for all future elections when attacking the Republican party. What will the Republicans stand for in the future that can be believed and that will be strong enough to garner attention of the nation? Abortion?

I do believe that after the loss in November there will be denial, then great anger among the Trumpers (all normal reactions to a loss) but the normal 3rd step of acceptance is not likely to happen and that means that the Republican party will be split in half between those that believed in him to the nth degree and want the same again and again and refuse to accept less and those that will be looking for a new platform for the next election in order to recover their original Conservative ideals that the party has represented in the past and that might bring them back to power. This is a scenario that will keep them from recovering any ability in the future to garner enough votes to be back in control. This is also the kind of scenario that will keep Congress (both Senate and House) in Democrat hands for years to come.

A Trump loss in November will be catastrophic event for the Republican party they may never recover from. In addition, the fact that Trump is likely to be taken to court after he is no longer president and found guilty of many crimes is going to be the "nail in the coffin" for Republicans who blindly followed him to the grave. The grave is what I believe is going to happen to the Republican party with a loss in November.

I will be ordering wreaths in November. I am a compassionate man.

As the GOP has jettisoned one of its core tenants, fiscal Conservatism, the future looks bleak. GOP voters are some of the most gullible voters, and have lowered there leadership standards, a complete purging of the Party post Rump seems unlikely. Perhaps another GOP leader in the form of Barry Goldwater is needed to set it back on course.

We won't riot or burn cities or march wearing stupid ***** hats.

They'll probably just start killing people like usual.

If, not when. 45 and his thugs (I'm talking about a specific subset of them, not his entire base) will go all-in to rig the election and intimidate Democratic voters, maybe even through physical intimidation and violence.

But if we get through all that and win, they'll have exposed themselves and be damned in the history books for all time.

Trump will be like the solid waste in a toilet bowl that simply refuses to go down when you attempt to flush it. It makes a mess and you have to clean up after it and may even need to call a plumber but eventually it does go into the system and you soon forget about all the stink and trouble it caused as the system is functioning again in a normal fashion.

I hope they kill themselves, we don't need those piece of **** Trumptards on this planet.

Then we can expect you to be a sore loser and spend the next four years scouring the Internet daily in search of a criticism of Biden, no matter how petty or trivial, and then to begin threads on any and all you find?

they did it for 8 years under Obama and now that the left is doing it to Trump they don't like it
and as you said if Biden wins they will be back doing it again
have a nice day

It's already a wonderful day; I've just heard from my beloved friend in Beirut.

LOL... It's almost like you don't want every eligible voter to be able to vote....

There seems to be this pervasive idea among some conservatives that if a civil war were to occur that they would win. Careful what you wish for...

EMNofSeattle feels that white male property owners should have the right to vote. He fantasizes about living in a world that mirrors 18th century Britain.

Problem is it may take several YEARS to clean up the mess and get the stink out
and the way several Republican Presidents in the past 20 years or so have left it the Dems are getting use to cleaning up their messes
Have a nice day

Very true. I suspect will wreak maximum in the last three months just to screw things up even further and make it harder for Biden. And the tea party Trumpkins will cheer on every Trump move.

They'll pretend to care about the debt and deficit again?

That may be true. So tell me does the left care about the debt and deficit?

imo, Congess (both sides) don't give a rats about it. It is pretty clear by the spending going on.

They don't ever advertise that they care about it, but strangely enough, they seem to a better job of cutting deficits without focusing on it. Obama got the deficit down to a decent number, but then Trump came along and blew it up again.

From what I have seen neither side cares much about the deficit or debt since Clinton.

They don't. Republicans lie about it though.

are you saying the Democrats don't lie? All politicians lie. It is not a left or right issue.

No, I'm saying the Republicans lie about caring about debt/deficit. They don't. Democrats don't mind telling you that they want to spend our money.

1. As someone who will have voted for President Trump, I will get up in the morning and eat breakfast and try to get through the day as usual.

2. I will still be afraid of COVID-19 and will be wondering if I should go to my annual medical checkups. And I will be wondering whether the person who drives me to such appointments is free of the disease. And I would still be too afraid to take the bus.

3. I think that the Republican Party should definitely think of Ms. Haley. She would make an excellent choice to face off with the Democratic candidate, who we assume will be President Biden's Vice President. Two ladies of color would match today's gender and ethnicity requirements.

a. If the next four years are a disaster of woke policies, then maybe the Republicans may have a chance to win in 2024.
b. And, yes, the Republicans should take every legal action during the next four years to ensure an honest election in 2024. During the next four years, lawsuits should be brought in those cases where electoral fraud can be proved.

4. I wish President Trump the very best. I hope that mature Democrats will allow him to return to his business interests. I hope that President Biden has the mental and physical strength to stop any vindictive aides from prosecuting and persecuting the former President.

I don't believe Trump will be able to "steal it" though the reality is that is the only possibility left of his winning..........stealing it in some way. He will try, of course, but things are so bad with the virus that I don't believe he will have enough crooked support from the right where they can mount such a game plan that would have any possibility of working.

As far as "getting out and voting", I don't believe that will be a problem this time. Trump is so deeply hated by the left that even if he looks like Biden is a total shoo-in, the people will get up to vote if for no other reason than to make a statement about their feelings. This is not an election where indifference is found. I am the perfect example of that. I have always been indifferent to the elections and have never voted before in my entire life. I have registered already and already sent a vote in for the local elections that occur in a few weeks here in Miami. I will definitely be voting in November and will "blindly" vote for any Democrat running against a Republican candidate. Especially here in Florida where Governor DeSantis has gotten to be hated almost as much as Trump.

Nonetheless, I do worry about what will happen after the election. This is the first time that I can remember where an incumbent president is idolized by so many and idolatry is to such a high degree and with a high number of supporters and a President that has stated he will probably not accept the results, I do feel there will be some kind of civil war occurring after the election. Mass killings are likely to happen in a high degree.

I do believe this will be chaos for years to come. Trump has set the playing field and it is one full of **** or saying it in a nice way, full of mud. No one will come out of this fight clean.

The damage that Trump has caused will be difficult to change and if it can be changed, it won't be for another 10-20 years, if that soon.

When garbage is involved, the stench does not go away even if the garbage is disposed of.

Cite an example where people on the Right have ever done that?

Charlottesville. There was violence to preserve the suprenacy of whites.

what I worry about is IF Biden does win and we are still in this CV mess that Trump will try to set it up where it is a national emergency and tries to nullify the election and tries to stay in office under an emergency decree
we will see what happens
Have a nice day
