Trump calls Nevada mail in voting bill illegal

What exactly would be the grounds for a lawsuit? Besides tacitly admitting that republicans can't win Nevada if turnout is large, I don't see where this has a chance of being overturned by a court.

It really is a problem for republicans. Large turnout means democrats will win and mail-in ballots might lead to large turn out.

At least that's the theory.

There are places in the country where republicans only win when it rains. Mail-in ballots will put an end to this too.

In reality or in the mind of Trump?

In reality, a man who has zero respect for the rule of law believes that law is whatever he speaks out of his mouth as he speaks it, therefore he has spoken an edict pronouncing something illegal. For Trump, that IS how the law works, in his mind.
 
Trump has in likelhood already lost the election with public opinion of his handling of covid and social unrest, and it appears he knows it.

He's going to lose the election and then scream to his voters and media sympathizers that it was an illegal, rigged election, and that when you count the votes the "right" way he actually won the election and thus, shouldn't have to transfer the WH.

Some of us knew this was coming for awhile.

Trump can **** off, our post office does just fine and can handle the traffic. What a ****ing moron Trump is. At this point, the fear Trump has is Dems coming out in numbers like they did in 2018 as a referendum against him. Trump knows Biden is not hated like Hillary was and he barely squeaked by in battleground states to win with her. He knows this is going to be an electoral slaughter against him in November.

Actually it could be challenged. Anything can be legally challenged.
If i was to challenge this I would challenge it on the basis that the state does not have the systems or the people in place to secure the
accuracy or the security of the vote.

I would challenge it on the basis that the post office does not have the ability to handle the mail delivery or the collect of the ballots.
There is an argument as even the news papers have called into the major issues with these mail ballot systems.

So there are possible legal arguments to make.

Of course anything can be challenged..... Would you challenge it in state court or federal court? I'm sure a federal judge will be impressed with newspaper articles as evidence...
