If they can't win a fair election in America, then they don't deserve to win...period. Trump Klan Party republicans have sunken to a new low, and should not be in control of anything until they straighten up their act and remember what country they are wanting to represent. Seems to me that republicans now care more about the king in the white house than our democracy and our people, another true sign of a cult.

I would challenge it on the basis that the post office does not have the ability to handle the mail delivery or the collect of the ballots.
There is an argument as even the news papers have called into the major issues with these mail ballot systems.

So there are possible legal arguments to make.

At least when Trump is not sitting in the Oval Office (or at least the one in Washington), his blathering will be largely ignored and irrelevant.

Absentee ballots are not the same as mail in ballot.

There is a huge difference in how they are handled.

Absentee ballots are requested by registered users.
Your name address etc are all verified before sending it out.

We are talking maybe a few thousands mail in ballots at a time.
If there are issues with the mail in ballot then they are separated out.

WIth mail in ballots we are talking about millions of ballots being mailed out to people and hoping
that the voter roles which democrats hate to keep up to date and pitch a fit every time they are audited
are good.

They don't have the systems in place to ensure that the ballots coming in are correct or that
the ballots coming in are legal.

Reality says that Republicans don't care about fraudulent voting. What they do care about is voter suppression because that is the only way they get Presidents elected.

Signature software would have to be put in place all registered voters would have to come in and sign
their name into the DB etc ...

And all democrats want is for everyone to vote regardless if they are allowed to that is why they want open borders and want illegals to have drivers licenses.
