The dollar has been weakening significantly over the last 2 months and it is a sign the the U.S. has lost its grip on the Corona Virus.

This was the headline today on Bloomberg.com and it shows that the people that have been complaining about Trump's handling of the virus have been right. This is not opinion, but actually proof that the world is showing what they think about how we have been handling the crisis. The dollar has been the strong currency for many, many years and for it to weaken because of this is a tangible sign that the problem is real and not imaginary! Investors, banks, countries and institutions are putting their money where there beliefs are. No one does that unless they see something tangible happening.

Not at all surprising. Our entire country has been weakened since Trump took office.

Of course the strength is weakening when they are printing TRILLIONS of fiat money to keep the economy artificially stimulated, which by the way is a basic tenant of Keysyenian econimics.

As predicted, the US is ****ed. Trump managed to ruin the country in less than 4 years.

And how do you think we should get a grip on the virus?

The problem isn’t the virus, its the lack of tax money coming into local governments and setting the table with the idea of dangling a guaranteed income in front of people. In California we suddenly need illegals to come in and take jobs people making $600 a week and a cash won’t do for $400.

Covid deaths are getting to seasonal flu levels, and I suspect democrats will try to shut down the nation for flu also.

Those darn Reps and Trump, spend and spend like drunken sailors, on cheap hookers (or not so cheap in the case of Trump, he like pornstars and teenage girls)

And how do you think we should get a grip on the virus?

A national strategy which we have never had and the goon boy in the WH discontinuing his war on masking up and distancing. In fact he should discontinue the war he set upon his own administration.

To be honest, the only reason left for Trump to do these things is to get the 30-35% of the country that still listens to his dumbass to get with the program. You would think he would care enough about the country to do at least that much. Nobody else listens to him any longer. His grip on the Senate is now gone. His grip on the GOP generally is gone with his minions now in disarray planing on life after DonDon.

Naw, we should let it run its course. What are a few more deaths here and there, right? This is just another flu type of problem and we should just forget it and go about our business. Me worry? Naw!

Is that the only reason? Other countries are managing their economies similarly with less impact. Why are we faring worse?

At this time, it seems to be too late to do much to "stem the tide". As such, we will all try to hibernate and keep away from just about everyone because 1 out of 20 people around us will have the virus and we will try not to catch it ourselves. This means that we are now in the phase where the only thing we can do is suffer the consequences of what was not done when it was supposed to be done.

The virus will continue to rage and then in a few months when winter comes around, we will get another wave going and everything will rise up further and we will all be waiting eagerly for a vaccine to be found, tested and then attempted to be distributed. In the meantime, deaths will continue to grow and those that have not caught and gotten through the virus will keep themselves in their shelters and social distancing will become a way of life (the norm). There will also be an increase in deaths not only from the virus but from suicides and murders caused by the economic and emotional problems brought by lack of money, lack of work, lack of purpose and lack of emotional support.

Nothing, and I do mean nothing, will be done by Trump to ease the problems other than trying to make people think it is not as bad as it looks. He will blame the Democrats for the problems and he will lose the election in November but he will say it was a rigged election and he will refuse to accept defeat.

In the meantime, the death toll from the virus will be anywhere between 200,000 and 250,000 by the time that Biden takes over in January.

When Biden takes over, there will likely be a vaccine and people will stop dying from the virus and the economy will start to come back.

For the next 6 months, things will continue as they are now given that the 2nd wave will be upon us and deaths will not drop, especially since nothing is being done to increase testing, contact tracing or to force social distancing.

Trump will go down in history as the most incompetent president ever. A quarter of a million plus people will have died and the country will suffer from it in many ways. Not only because of the deaths that occurred, but from the lack of confidence that will have been created around the world for who we are as a nation.

Have I answered your question?

So, your only plan is partisan attacks when you have no plan yourself. Well, that certainly explains why Biden has no plan.

Let me explain in a way that you understand. I am going to use a Fram commercial from 1972 to explain it to you.

What might have been prevented 5 months ago at a small price is now a huge and costly job that requires more than Trump and the Republicans are willing to pay.

Once you jump into the abyss, you need to wait until you hit the ground floor and see if you survive. If you do, that is when you start looking for specialist doctors to fix what you broke. Nonetheless, You don't know what is broken until you hit the floor and only then can you seek a doctor that can fix what got broken.

Right now, we are already into the abyss and you are now expecting a suggestion on what to fix before you hit the floor?

and by the way, who says Biden does not have a plan?

Unfortunately, until he gets to the presidency and determines exactly how bad it is then, he can only surmise what can be done. Just in case you do not know, there is nothing Biden can do right now, He is not the president. Trump is................and he is doing nothing.

The US has a high population and therefore has more cases. And, we ain't locking down. Not even the blue states are locking down. Get over yourself. By the way, I don't watch videos.

I know that, you don't watch or read anything, especially something that gives information, data, and knowledge. That sentence is something I knew before I put it up. I put it for the benefit of those reading the post.

By the way and as far as increase in cases all over the world. You are certainly correct. Just recently (a week ago) someone pointed out that Spain, which by the way was one of the most affected by the virus but then got the curve down to close to zero, saw an increase that Thursday and Friday to about 900 cases per day. I did point out to the person that sent that information to me here on the debate board that Spain has 1/7 the population than what we have here, meaning that the 900 cases they saw in Spain would be about 5600 cases if the population was the same.

The problem the poster did not realize is that on those 2 same days, we had 69400 and 77900 cases (about 14 times more). In addition, for the previous 45 days, Spain had about a total of 30 deaths and during the same period of time we had about 40,000 deaths. By the way, that is deaths and not infections!! This means that when you say that infections are going up all over the world, you are not giving the details on the difference of what is means there and was it means here. For comparison, you could say that two people that had been sick had a relapse. One of them relapsed from a toothache (pain returned) and other relapsed from the spread of cancer (cancer returned). There is no way you can compare the severity of one with the severity of the other.

Sorry Right, you once again missed the target by a mile. You are funny,

I don't watch stupid partisan videos. The entire world is experiencing ever increasing problems. The left want to spin that to attack Trump. Biden doesn't even have a plan if he took over tomorrow.

You see, that is why you never get smarter. The video I put up is not partisan. It is a video from 1972 about a Fram oil filter. There is no politics there at all.

I put the video up to show how an ounce of prevention can overcome big headaches afterward.

I used the ad to show that if Trump had treated the virus with prevention and importance early on, we would not be having 25% of the world's infections with only 4% of the world's population. In addition, we would not be having a 1000 to 1 death ratio versus Spain over the past 45 days.

By the way, these numbers are not opinion. They are data and fact!

As always
