Indeed, group justice is opposed to the individual.

To those who deny that social justice = group justice, I have one question, how is social justice different from justice?
I suppose that's supposed to be some "deep thought's", I hate to discourage that. I'll accept that social and group justice are the same. Will you accept that "Justice" and "Fair" are the same? If so I will quote my mom; "if it's not fair (just) for everyone, it's not fair (just) for anyone". That was her way of telling me be sure that everyone got a treat, everyone got to play, everyone (all the kids present) was important. We could apply that philosophy Nationally; America would be greater for it. So, I disagree; JUSTICE for everyone AbsaByGodLutely IS "a noble goal".

One cannot be an American patriot if that one thinks of them self, first and foremost, as a member of a group rather than an individual. American patriots protect and defend individual liberty.

The differences between groups are no more or less of an injustice than the differences between individuals. The differences between groups predates societies. Societies are neither the cause of, or the cure to, the differences between groups.

Do you mean public justice over private justice? We have a Constitution and a public sector. The judicial branch is delegated the judicial power of the United States.
