Murders in Chicago are not the concern of the federal government. Apparently you have little respect for the Constitution or the rule of law.

Secondly, as I pointed out, Chicago is not the murder capital of America.... it ranks 25th. If this is about stamping out murder in our cities, you need to start with St Louis.
