How absurd. If Biden wins and keeps his promise, the USA will provide free healthcare to everyone in the world. They travel to the USA, get their heart surgery or kidney transplant for free and go home. We will not save money providing and paying for free medical care for everyone on earth. It is an absurd claim.

This is false. Biden's healthcare plan only allows undocumented immigrants to buy in to the public option out of their own pockets, and this not subsidized. It does not provide free healthcare to non citizens.
