Defund the police didn't last long

Politicians are an odd bunch. Leftists seem to be about the most odd.

Supporters of the US Leftist Leadership seem to be gripped by envy, hate and anger. Also by an aversion to a regular schedule of bathing...

For whatever reason, they seem to feel that anything they do is justified because they represent virtue and anyone they oppose is cited as being evil with no explanation needed.

This feeling of justification is usually the starting point for any corrupt and corrupting ideology. Any fundamentalist practice of any ideology that claims the moral high ground needs to be suspected.

That they loudly and repeatedly proclaim this sort of corruption in everyone and everything except themselves is truly revealing.

It puts them right there with all of the other genocidal, ethnic cleansing, thought purifying thugs of the past.

The Book Burning is well under way as one literary work after another is banished from our schools. History, art and thought are all being twisted in a real life Orwellian night mare.

Our Founders weep from beyond the grave while despots and murdering thugs across history applaud.

What is wrong with the people supporting this thuggery?

Jerry Seinfeld described his comedy once saying that there is nothing funnier than watching idiots trying to figure something out.

Watching Biden speak without a teleprompter and especially aided by an NBC interviewer trying to limp him through any statement is high comedy.

Let's look at a comprehensive view of Biden's comments regarding Police reform.

On Tuesday, anchor Jamie Boll of North Carolina’s WBTV asked Biden about recent ads that the Trump campaign has been running.

“The president’s campaign is running an ad here in North Carolina, it essentially says if you win, crime calls will go unanswered, because you support defunding the police,” Boll said, and asked “Where do you stand on that issue?”

“That has never been my position, it is not my position now,” Biden said. “Where I stand on it is police have to clean up their act.”

He added that under his plan, “the only thing that will happen” if police don’t meet standards is “they’ll lose some federal funding.”

“But if they do what they have to do, they in fact will get all the funding, and they need more funding, not less funding,” Biden continued. “They need more help.

In another interview, with Arizona’s KPNX, Biden brought up the issue unprompted. Asked how his thinking on policing has changed since the 1994 crime bill, Biden said “Well, it hasn’t changed a whole lot in the sense that I don’t think we should be defunding police departments. I think we should be holding police departments responsible.”

He echoed his statements to Boll, and went on to add that “we need police, we need police departments, but we also need basic fundamental rules. The moment’s come for a wake-up call, a call to action to confront and end racial injustice that’s prevalent in this country as long as we’ve all been around.

Wow! Seems like Biden is on the other side of this issue, too. And another side and that yet another side as well.

His support of the police is so strong that an association of about 1000 police unions and associations endorsed the President.

Biden has issued a prescription for people in the Black Community to gain access to the "Privilege" enjoyed by "Whites". In so doing, he has permanently solved all issues of race and division.

He noted pretty clearly a very simple process. Do what he says and, as if by magic, "...you ain't "Black"..." Miraculous and easy!

Problem solved. Suddenly every person currently viewed as being "Black" everywhere will be "ain't Black" and will have complete and unfettered access to "White" Privilege. So simple it's a wonder nobody ever thought of it before.

Biden should be universally acclaimed as the light giver with T-Shirts and hats bearing that slogan.

Maybe the "Ain't Blacks" will be the new name of the Washington Football Team. ;)

I'd like to see many things tailored to fit my particular circumstance more perfectly than they do, but much of the infrastructure that exists is quite helpful in almost every way.

Throwing out the baby with the bath water is what most of our short sighted, dim witted, uninformed, violence using, people cancelling, rioting re-imaginers are proposing.

Simply destroying the good because it's not perfect is not a useful answer.

black people in NYC and other places are now protesting BLM.
as violence ravages their streets and BLM is no where to be seen.

I find it funny the police will arrest people trying to get rid of BLM but they won't arrest the protesters burning and looting.
not only that but leftist pay their legal bills.
