If you know somebody where this is the case, then stop it from happening, otherwise I don't see why you care when it doesn't affect you in any way.

You say it is common to give these drugs to pre-teens but any thinking person knows that is not true.

It is VERY common to give children drugs, especially psychiatric drugs. You never heard about that?

Transgenders are a minority, so most children do not get puberty blocking drugs. But children who are diagnosed with gender dysphoria are likely to get them around age 10 or 11.

You just can't own up to the fact that it is getting more and more common for parents to push their children into transgenderism, children who are easily swayed by their parents ideals on the subject. Yes, I'm glad my parents didn't push me into transgenderism like some parents of today would.
