Will an American judge defy the law to illegally and immorally pursue a political agenda? Obviously.

What is his motivation? To please democrats? To further vent his vengeful wrath against an innocent victim he despises? Congress needs to impeach this lawless bozo.

Democrats falsely claim Trump is prejudiced against blacks, even though they have no actual evidence to support that felonious claim. However, it looks like this clown of a judge must be prejudiced against whites. Can we not safely draw that conclusion from the facts?

Republicans don't like it so it must be against the law. We all know they spout things out that are totally untrue and inaccurate, like marke's post. It's what they do best, cloud the waters with false claims.

Are you suggesting the right is racist? If you are let me ease your suggestion, the right is indeed mostly full of racists. Is it a coincidence that the gop is ninety five percent white and so are their elected officials? I think not.

Judge Sullivan has defied government recommendations to drop the case due to its flaws, including prosecutorial misconduct. He then tried to illegally appoint a second judge to back up his efforts to keep persecuting Flynn in violation of legal precedent and American laws. When Flynn's attorneys petitioned the appeals court for a ruling the appeals court ordered the judge in a 2-1 majority (an Obama appointee sided with the racist black judge against Flynn) ordered Flynn to dismiss the case. Sullivan refused.

At least we admit the biased leftist judge has nerve. Nevertheless he should be impeached for his efforts to defy the law and court order to do the right thing.

Give Trump 4 more years to appoint good judges to the bench who will do the right thing instead of violating the law in response to under the table payments from high paying democrat crooks.

Flynn Case Update – Appeals Court Orders Judge Sullivan to Dismiss Flynn Case… | The Last Refuge

The three judges on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals have approved a writ of mandamus ordering Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the case against Michael Flynn. [pdf here]
The panel ruled 2-1, that U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan overstepped his authority in not accepting the unopposed motion and questioning prosecutors’ decision. This is a big victory for the Flynn defense team. Not sure what Sullivan will do now.


Help restore law and order and due process in American judicial proceedings. Vote republican in 2020.

In order to show his apparent animus towards whites it is important to mention that he shows signs of being a racist black man. If cops show racism by arresting blacks then this judge certainly shows racism by refusing to dismiss the case against an innocent white man, especially after being ordered by a higher court to do so.

Help put an end to black hatred and racism against whites. Vote republican in 2020.

I have a desire to put an end to racism in America. White hatred for blacks and black hatred for whites.
It is common for me to use the words "black" and "white" when dealing with racism.

PLease stop. Sullivan has every right to request an en blanc hearing of the appeals court.

The full court refuses to hear the case (which is a good possibility)

until that happens Sullivan is not in violation of anything.
I am a little surprised he would take it that far.

given the nature of the case they could do a full court hearing but
the odds of it unless there is something specifically so astounding that differs from the panel ruling
i doubt they will do it.

This is correct.
However Sullivan does have the right to request a full hearing.

the odds are a long shot and his lawyer has yet to submit the request or reason for one.

Not until the OP brought it up. Didn't know it had to do with the case. Trump and cons frame everything in a political context so they can take the argument out of the context of where it belongs. In this case, the courts/judicial review/the law. Cons can't argue the legality of a process, so they put it in a political context and the Dems take the bait, defending themselves politically rather than sticking to legal guns only.

I protest the imbalance of leftist news media which emphasizes the word "white" in reports and avoids the word "black" for e=reasons which cannot be explained apart from an obvious intend to inflame blacks against whites. Was race mentioned in the Charlottesville vehicular murder? I remember seeing the words "white nationalists" and "white supremacy" but not the words "black protesters." So, did the driver drive into a mob of white protesters? It may not be clear since the word "black" was not used in most reports, just the repeated use of the word "white" or "whites."

Take the news reports of the vehicular murder in Seattle recently. What was reported? Here are key words from this report:

Bone-chilling video shows speeding car hit 2 BLM protesters on freeway in Seattle — RT USA News

"...speeding car hit 2 BLM protesters...

A speeding car, which drove around vehicles blocking a road in Seattle in an area where a Black Lives Matter protest was taking place, has hit two women, killing one. ...

The white Jaguar reportedly stopped about half a mile away from the scene. ...

The suspect is a 27-year-old man from Seattle, who is facing multiple felony charges. ...

The US city has been gripped by anti-racism protests since the May killing of black man George Floyd by Minneapolis police officers. ..."

So what were we not told in the news article? That the felon who deliberately mowed down the protesters with his car was black.

Whites form the majority of the American population, but some low IQ people think that is racist. As a general rule whites do better in school as a group than do blacks, and some people think that is racist. As a rule a larger percentage of black children are from broken homes than are white children and some people think that is racist. As a general rule more blacks hate cops for unjust reasons than do whites and some people think that is racist. As a general rule more whites have accumulated a greater amount of wealth through hard work, responsible work ethics and sacrifice than have blacks and some people think that is racist.

"Racist" is a term which has lost its normal meaning and taken on new perverted meanings in the last several decades. Just because whites have a higher degree of success than blacks on average is not evil, although evil could be involved, but calling whites racist just because blacks seem to lag behind in some areas is stupid.
