I just caught part of this on TV earlier, I'm glad he's wanting to be proactive, rather than reactive, like the current Baby In Chief.

And he's going to do by cancelling Trump's tax cuts and raising taxes on high income individuals and "big corporations". Just plain nucking futs. Kill the drivers of economic growth and prosperity and rely on unaccountable federal bureaucrats in Washington to make the calls. Watch for a Biden dive on Nov 4th if he wins.
