If someone has evidence of "shady deals", they can bring charges.

If they don't have evidence, then they can take care of their own fishing. Nobody should expect Trump to help them.

In any case, this stuff you bring up is nonsense and it's not what either the Manhattan DA or the House Dems care about. They just want stuff they can turn into political dirt. (and they want you to pay for their efforts)

The DA in Manhattan is working from a theory he learned from Cohen. In your words, if there is evidence of shady deals, they can bring charges. How can they do that if Trump and Barr hold the opinion that he can't be investigated? Well, the SCOTUS has just put that theory to bed. NY will investigate and likely find tax fraud. They will indict and wait for him to step out of the WH and KaBoom.

Once we have a democrat WH and DOJ, Trump best move to Russia, cause they will come after him.

True, because he lied to his supporters saying that he couldn’t release his taxes because they were being audited. Biden will release his taxes as every candidate and president does and trump still won’t.

I guess the Manhattan DA will just have to wait until the court decides. It's going to be after November.

That DA is eventually going to drop the case because they won't get what they want. (Political dirt) If there was tax fraud, the IRS would have been all over Trump long before he even ran for President.

In any case, it's going to be a long time before the Dems have the WH and the DOJ.

And much will be made of it. This is going to be a really dirty campaign and Trump is really going to regret his track record. He got mucho mileage last time out of presenting himself as a outside flier determined to "drain the swamp" but he's an outsider no longer. He has a record that will be presented to the people over and over again.
He's going down hard.

This made not only the National news but International news as well. It succeeded at making the impact it intended to make. From Europe to Malaysia, the news of both the D.C. and Fifth Avenue street painting of 'Black Lives Matter' made the front page headlines. Nobody is laughing at Bill de Blasio but they sure are laughing at Trump.

I meant exactly what I said. This decision isn't a death blow.

The Dems and T-haters won't get their spin material.

They'll have to come up with something else to cause Trump to lose the election. (And for sure...they'll keep trying.)

It's kind of sad that the entire Democrat objective is to find ways to punk Trump. It's a schoolyard mentality and, frankly, it's wearing a LOT thin.
