Trump rages at Supreme Court over tax records case, claims 'political prosecution'

President Donald Trump was furious over the Supreme Court's rulings Thursday morning, after justices handed down a split decision over whether he can shield his tax records from investigators.
Trump also complained that he was the victim of "political prosecution," although he is not, in fact, being prosecuted in either case.
The decisions handed a win to the Manhattan district attorney, but rejected parallel efforts by Democrats in the House of Representatives.

This is NOT how you react, when the guys trying to look at your PERFECTLY FINE tax returns, get the go-ahead. If Trump was clean, he would begrudgingly be unfazed, and tell us all that they will finally find him clean as a whistle.

Instead, is more RUSSIARUSSIARUSSIA apologetics. Trump is now and always, a VICTIM of POLITICAL PROSECUTION. When he knows full well there is no such thing, for if there was, then as Hillary said just the other day, if she had done anything illegal whatsoever, I would be in jail.

Trump cannot be prosecuted for NOT crimes. No, they look at your books, and if they are mistakes, you are fined, and penalties and interest. BUT, if you are dirty, I mean, you WILLFULLY ran schemes, and claimed stuff you shouldnt, kept second records, particularly to do with loans, that is a FELONY.

So, Trump is screaming political prosecution. And he will, for the rest of his life. But soon, they will see what Trump has been HIDING.

This could be the beginning of the end for Trump. HE at the VERY LEAST, is not who he brags. I hope we dont learn anything too bad, such as Putin is a Trump lovechild. But dirty businessman, subject to prosecution, HELL YEAH.

they have been saying this for 4 years

when it is going to happen?

He's not going to turn anything over. He'll simply ignore the court. He's dictator, and Barr will provide cover.

But I appointed them! They owe me!

Always the victim.

Thots and preyers for the bad orange man....

I the lying dumbass is still claiming he was "spied" on.

Actually he isn't being asked to turn over anything. Third party corporations are, two banks that did business with him and tRump had to provide financial statements to. Both banks have agreed to obey the courts. tRump has ZERO say in this... :)

My only thought is why did it takes this long.... :peace

HAHAHAH!!! Did you see his Tweets?

PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT! is one.

PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT! is another.

And his most recent, POLITICAL WITCH HUNT!.

We are witnessing the rantings of a moronic madman who knows he's sunk.

Kisses to Kavanaugh and Gorsuch!

If only we had politically prosecuted him back in the 90s for lying to the courts, ripping off his investors, and screwing over his vendors during his casino bust-out phase.

No financial institute in the nation will lend this ape money, and we make him President?

USA! USA! USA!

It must be an extremely bitter pill for tRump to swallow- his two appointees voted against him along with the Chief Justice....

What was odd is Thomas and Alito voted against the majority which turned back Congress's request for the same tax records.

I wonder if they even listened to either argument- it is like they are mad and wanted to pout in the corner.... :peace

The records are not fully in his possession, but in firms that have been hired to do his taxes, he may not have a say in it.

He'll kick and stamp his feet. The dick-tater will not be exposed!

What a clown.

He is certainly the embodiment of some of the worst aspects of US society and trends that have been around since the founding.

The saddest thing is, the right wing are ALL FOR Trump never showing his taxes. They think it is some kind of game, when Trump is likely a criminal. They will call anything found, fruit of the poisin tree, and DISSALLOW it as evidence. And call all those that think Trump guilty as fascists, that dont believe in the innocent till proven guilty.

He will use the legal system and it will be within he law. IF he were truly a dictator there would not have been this ruling. You don't seem to understand how dictatorships work. You wouldn't have free speech, would be arrested for tearing down statues, get beaten by the police when you rioted against the government. Really take a look at Venezuela and a few other places that do have dictators.

I don't think Thomas listens to anything.
