Considering how local officials are letting subversive insurrectionists take to the street while threatening their victims with prosecution, and are being openly discriminatory against people by political view point (statue toppling is unprosecuted whereas BLM mural being graffitied is) it’s clear to me we need a Federal Internal Security law.
I would write it to criminaLize subversives, which I would define as anyone who self idenfities as marxist (so BLM leaders) anyone who destroys monuments to state or national or religious heroes without authorization, any person or group participating in political terrorism, meaning demanding political change outside of authorized peaceful marches or the legislative process, any person vandalized buildings in an urban area during a riot affiliated with Marxist ideology, and any local officials who prosecute citizens for using force against subversive violence. or encourage violence because they agree with the political message of rioters.
A big problem is local officials like in Portland are allowing people arrested for riot involvement out on bail the next morning and they go right back to rioting. My idea of an internal state security law would suspend habeus corpus for suspected subversives and keep them in custody until trial. Mandatory minimum sentence of ten years subject only to release by presidential pardon.
In many states theres been hundreds of millions of dollars in damage due to violent insurrection based on a set of lies.
