Rightfully so, this guy lost his job after losing his **** on an old lady. Watching the video, you can see why the insurance company he worked for fired his ass.

This is another example of why I define the Democratic Party as corporate fascists and most Democrats accordingly also are corporate fascists. Simply, most Democrats are Nazis - literally.

Corporate Fascism is the marriage of the super rich and government, for which everyone exists solely to serve the collective. This thread shows examples of what this means. A full time job pays for 40 hours a week of the 168 hours in a week. BUT to corporate fascists everyone works for their employer 168 hours a week - every second of their life.

According to the OPer, an employer owns their employees every second of every day. Every second of every day your behavior must be as the company demands. If not, you are fired and should be blackballed both in employment and socially. The Democratic Party and most Democrats will always favor personal slavery and control of people. NOTHING is more intolerable to the new corporate-fascist Democratic Party or most progressive (meaning fascist) Democrats.

Our business is exactly opposite. The employees are told that other than a major violent felony crime or coming to work drunk or no drugs, whatever they do on their personal time is none of our business. We only have control over their behavior for the time we are paying them for that control.

But not to the OPer and other progressive Democrats. Under their submission to and therefore demand for corporate fascism, companies own their employees lives - every second. Anyone who fails to act 100% of the time as the the company's employee is to be fired, publicly condemned and blackballed socially and professionally - calling for society to universally hate the person.

If the Democratic corporate fascists do gain power, they will destroy millions of people (slaughter) and everyone else fully will be slaves to the corporate-government collective. The new Democratic Party is intolerant of individuality, individual rights and any behavior not consistent with company-government policy.

Once again, a video is edited to a snippet to deliberately prevent anyone from actually seeing what happened.

Neat trick. You harass and threaten the hell out of someone, stalking them around the store ranting at the person from behind - and then when the person snaps back trying to get you away from them they got you. You just delete all you did to provoke the person posting only the counter outburst and you got the person. That trick would work on almost anyone.

Notice what the company said - perfectly consistent with Democratic Corporate Fascism: "The behavior in the video is in direct conflict with our company values and their employment has been terminated."

Neither of them were at work, they were not being employees of the company, but the company claims they were. How much does the company pay them for their 24/7 employment duties?

I'll let the OPer explain if the woman in black who did nothing but stand there is part of the "their employment" that has been terminated.

They have places for people like you too - 12 hours a day, 7 days a week on an assembly line at $3 a day. Failure to smile at all times - on or off the job - is grounds for termination of your life and that of your family in a death camp. Fortunately, your side is not in control here yet. You should move the where they have the system you demand - North Korea.

Now what if one of your sales people, or CSR's that deal directly with customers became well known on social media for doing X, which caused customers that worked with that person to no longer buy from your company as long as that person is on your payroll. How long will you keep that person working for you?

Or one of your back room workers is well know for being a radical X, which causes your other back room workers to despise that person, making the work inefficient and of poor quality. All workers are of equal skill and productivity normally
 
Notice how most Democrats on the forum now claim that if anyone is violating even the most minor of what they see as offenses, you should harass the hell out of the person making any threats of any kind for violating any of their 1,000,001 rules.

Stalk a person from behind around a store ranting at them for not wearing a mask. Threaten to kill their dog if it's not on a leash. Burn their car if they park in a handicap spot without a sticker. Beat the old white woman because she is in the wrong part of town. Total control of every second of a person's life - and destroy anyone of any unapproved behavior. Most Democrats now demand total submission to the government and corporations. If the person refuses, that person must be completely destroyed.

Notice the hypocrisy in the 2 examples. In the first one, "they" should be fired because one of them tired of a person following them ranting at them over a mask. However, in the next one the person should be fired for being the ranter about a mask.

Many to most Democrats are now no different than Nazi Brown Shirts and demand that everyone is the slave of any corporation they work for. What they do not understand is that when the Nazi Corporate Fascists did take over in Germany among the first to be killed and imprisoned were the Brown Shirts. No one has to buy from us. In fact, it is far more often we refuse to sell to someone for their behavior than who decide not to buy from us for some behavior issue - on a ratio of about 100 to 1. No, we do not own our employees lives - though you claim every employer does.

In your situation of employees in the backroom, if one employee or many employees performance drops too low because they don't like what one of them do in their private life, who is going to get fired are the employees whose performance drops. If they have a problem with an employee being gay - you claim the gay employee should be fired. We would (and have) fired the employee who caused trouble for not liking what the gay employee did in his private life.

The difference is you see every employee as a 24/7 slave of the company - for which they are only paid for 40 hours but are on the clock 168 hours a week. Our employees are only our employees for the hours they are being paid for. You want all employees to work 148 hours a week off the clock - every second of their life.

What little old lady? Link to the video of the little old lady? The voice at the very beginning is a man's voice, not a little old lady's voice.

The film maker who staged this is lying. There is NO little old lady - none. A MAN was stalking behind him or them, ranting at them - until finally the man made that man stop harassing and threatening him/them.

Lying is always the #1 Democratic Party tactic.

First, it is a rule in Costco that people wear masks, so asking someone to wear one is not Stalking them or following them as this is not shown on the video, you are just making it up. Second, you do not know that the person asking the man to wear a mask is even a Dem, again you are just making that up. People want to be safe when they shop and when they go to a store that requires masks so they are safer, it is not unreasonable that they can ask someone to follow the rules. You probably think it is okay for someone to refuse to serve a gay person as it is their store. Well, Costco is a store and they have the right to require people to wear masks as much as the store not serving gay people. The real brown shirts are the people who wear confederate flags on their clothes and carry guns and try to intimidate those who do not believe as they do into doing what they want.

I find it interesting that the guy said he felt "threatened". These people do that so they have a right to "defend" themselves by taking physical action against those who appose them. I am surprised he did not take a gun out and shoot someone.
