Our Founding Fathers got it right the first time. Why did it become an issue?

Why are you talking such trash? All we have is a couple of examples how other people have chosen to write. You're the only one talking about making anything "official and mandatory"?
They did?
Yes it really does matter. Every cultural issue the left invents matters and every time they do it they gaslight us all. “Does it really matter if Sodomy is legal”? “Does it really matter if a man cuts his Willy off and pretends to be a woman” “does it really matter if we honor Columbus” yes it all freaking matters
Our original Constitution and Bill of Rights are both gender and race neutral from inception.

3/5ths clause...
CNN is the voice of the Ministry. Taking down statues is ok because CNN said so. Defunding the police is ok because CNN said so, and many municipalities are conforming.
Currently, it's relatively easy to remain within the Ministry's racial compliance guidelines for Whites (formerly 'whites'). I'll soon be generating theory on future race-based Ministry edicts as society gradually bends toward the Correct way of thinking.
Always on the lookout for the latest edict about "race". Initially I thought this was a mistake:

How to talk with your Black friends about race - CNN
Upon close inspection, both "Black" and "White" are capitalized throughout the article. The Ministry of Race has spoken.
It's grammatically justifiable given the terms are being used to refer to specific groups and not just random individuals of a specific colour (after all, most Black people don't actually have black skin and pretty much no White people have white skin).
Does it really matter in itself? You could argue that it's symbolic of a wider issue but only addressing capitalisation isn't going to make any difference to that.

I literally suggested it doesn't really matter in relation to the grammatical question itself. You really need a certain level of literacy before you start getting in to discussions of grammatical technicalities. The grammar police.
Angry and frustrated right-wingers here upset over... capitalization.
