Here is a fact that is hard for democrats to explain away. Poor people have been voting for democrats for at least 50 years. Yet they are STILL poor.

There have been poor people voting for Republicans during that time as well, yet they are still poor. There will always be poor people. What's your point?

Here is a hard fact for Republicans to explain away, all of their policies are designed to keep the poor very much poor.

Have you read ANY fact about the economy before the impact of the virus? The lowest over all unemployment rate ever included blacks and other minorities??

Democrats think welfare is the solution, Republicans headed by Trump think good jobs are the best answer.

That is absolutely wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The poor wont stay poor when they have good jobs with the Trump economy.

It is the democrats that try to keep the poor and the black people on the democrat plantation, so they can be harvested for their vote. Everyone knows this is true, even if they wont admit it in public.

Rich Democrat's vote for Democrats and their policies. Rich Republican's vote for Republicans and their policies. Both stay rich.

Poor Democrat's vote for Democrats and their policies. Poor Republican's vote for Republicans and their policies. Both stay poor.

Just maybe one's financial situation has nothing to do with politics and more with what person does for a living.

No, your rhetoric is wrong. There is nothing to suggest Republicans have done anything for the lowest income quintile in the past 40 years at least.

All of the same poor people who voted Democrat for 50 years are still the same poor people as today? Are you claiming that the poor population is static and people don’t move into and out it constantly?

At the end of 2019 unemployment was down around 3%, proof that the republicans and Trump were on the right track. And AGAIN that included ALL minorities, many of which never had a good job before in their lives.

Having a job doesn't mean you aren't poor. Republican economies seek to increase the gap between the rich and the poor making the rich richer, and the result is that they steadily push the middle class downward increasing the numbers of the poor. Democrats seek to decrease this gap, and the rich simply don't like it, so they use dishonest propaganda like "trickle down economics" and xenophobic scare tactics to fool the poor into voting for them.
