Washington is a fascist state

It brings me no joy to say this, but the left wing government of Washington is essentially fascist.

They are permitting so called “peaceful” protestors to break the law with impunity then bringing the full resources of the state on anyone who causes harm to their Brownshirt instigators.

So these scum are setting up barricades and blocking the most vital international trade road in America and when someone using the freeway hits these people then the driver gets charged.

Pure evil.

And this shows why I’m souring on Donald Trump, if I were president I would order federal authorities to arrest these scumbags as they are restraining international trade. It’s also time for civil rights under color of law statutes to be used to criminally indict Jenny Durkan and Jay Inslee and Bob Ferguson. This is basically a state government collaborating with an openly Marxist violent insurrection movement
 
So it was evil to block traffic, but not run down the protesters?

I think some of ya have your morals confused.

The President does not actually run the government anymore. If Trump tried to have these people arrested he would probably not be obeyed.

From what I could tell, they weren’t even blocking traffic, the road was closed for the protesters and he bypassed the traffic barricades. There’s no way this is even arguably ok.

Well it that's true, than this is nothing but premeditated murder. If they had a permit and the road was closed for their protest, then they have the right to their protest. You can't just run people down because you don't agree with them politically.

If they didn't have a permit, then yes the police should have cleared the area. But even then, you don't get to just run down folk.

Why not? These “protestors” didn’t have a permit to block traffic. So in that case the morality of both parties going into the incident was equal.

The “protestors” (you can find the videos on twitter) ran into the way of the car, which attempted to slow and after the collision did stop, then a mass of “protestors” swarm the car, then what sounds like a gun shot is heard (remember this was the same group of people who had occupied Capitol Hill and shot multiple unarmed black teenagers for no reason) at which point the driver (probably fearing for his life) takes off. At most there Is a civil infraction on the part of the driver.

They were.

They positioned a van on the freeway parked lengthwise to the barrier and were standing near the gap between the van and the other side.

The state patrol, under Fascist orders, instead of clearing them out for creating a dangerous situation is simply responding to them by closing roads after the fact.

There is no permits being issued for this

If they are violating the law then they are hardly "peaceful protestors." Don't start that leftist indoctrination crap about how lawless violent criminal scum are somehow protected by the First Amendment, because they are not. They are rioting terrorist scum and need to be put down with force.

Wrong. He purposefully bypassed roadblocks to access the road. He had full intent of doing this from the start.

You don't get to run down people because of it though. Perhaps the police should have attempted to clear the protest and open the freeways, but you don't get to run people over.

Ok I watched the video, definitely not a sanctioned protest to block the interstate highway but they also said he went the wrong way on an off ramp then did a u turn to end up where they were so it still doesn’t look entirely accidental.

It would appear quite intentional. They shouldn't be allowed to just block an interstate, this is true. Doing so is civil disobedience, and rightfully the police could clear the protest out and safely reopen the interstate. But one doesn't just get to run over folk. But by the OP, it seems that that's not a well understood idea.

By the way Andy Ngo is now reporting the driver is a 27 year old black male.

I doubt a young black man is targeting soymalis for political reasons. Maybe like many young black men he just doesn’t respect the minor laws as much, thought he could have some fun on a closed road and then ends up almost getting lynched

My Gf and I went up to some abandoned Air Force base in CA yesterday and drove around vehicle barricades in a rented SUV and tore up the cement having fun, people access closed areas to drive fast and have fun all the time. It’s likely he didn’t even know a bunch of white soy folk were being dumb on the road

I did misunderstand the article, but having watched the video, you’re right, it wasn’t a safe thing what they did, still, the guy had to go out of his way to end up where they were.

He swerves to avoid this illegal parked van at which point people wearing dark clothes without ANSI certified high visibility apparel do not clear the way of the vehicle

I do if they are violating the law and threatening people with bodily harm. It is called self-defense, and I get to do much more than simply mow them down. I can also blow them away.

You may support violent terrorist scum, I know most Democrats do, but the last time I checked we were still at war with terrorism.

Don't need to read minds to know someone who uses an off-ramp to get onto the Freeway to avoid barricades was well intent on causing harm. But here you are trying to defend that. Well that's two charges of attempted murder at least.

It's not self defense if you drive around barricades in order to access a road in order to run people down. That's premeditated murder.

You may support authoritative abuse of force against the exercise of rights, but I don't.

Protesting on an interstate highway is unsafe but apparently that’s also not a well understood idea among the protesters and their supporters. Btw, whatever happened to your rights end at my nose. What right does anyone have to prevent someone else from going somewhere they’re legally entitled to go?

A left-wing government cannot possibly be fascist because fascism is a conservative idea.

Scholars place fascism on the far right of the political spectrum. Such scholarship focuses on its social conservatism and its authoritarian means of opposing egalitarianism.
