Trump indoctrinating of anger to his diciples in S. Dakota
“Angry mobs are trying to tear down statues of our founders ... and unleash a wave of violent crime in our cities,” he added.
Actually, when I think of "our founders", I think of men like George Washington and the men that sacrificed their lives to liberated colonists from England; forming the United States of America.
But, protesters are tearing down statues of men that wanted to dismantle the sacrifices of men like George Washington. Confederates that killed men and women of the United States of America.
Don't get me wrong, I know the Civil war was a very complicated issue. Confedarates sincerely believed in their cause. But, it doesn't change the fact that they took to violence.
I mean, would current Americans celebrate if a faction of Americans went to a military war against our nation. Military attacks over say: their wanting illegal immigrants to work for them, free passage through trump's wall for cheap wages.
The pro- illegal Generals lead a war that causes a large amount of deaths and injury to Americans.
Would we build statues of the above Generals?
Trump was referring to current protesters who, as part of a national uprising for racial justice, have defaced and removed Confederate monuments and symbols
Trump himself has been accused of destroying multiple national monuments including Utah’s Bears Ears, which is considered sacred by several Native American tribes

I have not heard of any statues of our Founders being torn down.
So WTF is crazy donald talking about? Is he duping his diciples that attended his S. Dakota folly?
I wrote about the Civil War and only pointed out the statues and war because trump has totally skewed the entire issue for his selfish political needs. An evil divisive man.
I have very mixed feelings about the civil war and statues. I believe the civil war was a complicated issue and the Confederate men and women sincerly believed and followed their cause.
The Union was not an inocent bystander. So, the violently tearing down statues, I believe is knee jerk and calm discussions and debate would be more prudent.
Trump, calling the statues torn down "founders" to stoke hatred, third world dictator rhetoric
