That is correct. None of the presidents on Mt. Rushmore are Democrats.

Tonight at Mt . Rushmore there was a fabulous display of bands and fireworks. One of the best fireworks displays I ever have seen.

The only way to get a face up there of a Democrat is to find a decent Democrat.

Governor Kristi Noem looks to me like she is Presidential material. Any comments on her?

And of course I'm not counting the idiot that had zero concern of the natural wildlife that lives there.

Their whole bodies were supposed to be up there, but they ran out of money, I think. I mean the people carving it ran out of money, not the presidents, but I think that's what I heard once.

I knew she was attractive but that speech she made before introducing Trump was inspiring maybe the
best I've heard. She was the star of the night.

Noem’s a female version of DeSantis. She and K. Reynolds went to the phony Joni Ernst School of Nullification.

Lincoln and Roosevelt would both be progress—ive Democrats today. The two Adams are latter-day GOPs, with Washington and Jefferson latter-day Democrats.
 
The OP is aware that Teddy R was a progressive. Sure he was a Republican, but far more Progressive to be admitted into Trump's GOP.

Half were slave owners. One ended slavery. The other was Teddy. So fifty percent of the republican representation is slave owners.

Yet the slave ideology was the Conservatives. Conservatives fought to keep things the same. They fought and divided this nation because they wanted to CONSERVE slavery. Lincoln was a LIBERAL.

Still trying to pretend the Jim Crow laws weren't CONSERVATIVE. And that They were trying to CONSERVE slavery and racism? It is the Conservatives like yourselves who need to pay reparations. Your ideology is the ones who wanted to keep slavery. conservatism is the ideology of slavery.

So you support BLM fully right. If your party was responsible for fighting Jim Crow, the Klan, etc. You should be yelling BLM from the rooftops.
 
Two comments:1- who cares? There is no Whig there either. 2- Jefferson is considered the father of the Democratic Party. It was called “democratic republican”, then split into Whigs and democrats. I remember one teacher telling me that there have generally only been two main parties in the US, one liberal and one conservative. That’s more or less true.

But we continue to hear on this forum how the democrats are the party of the KKK and segregation, as if nothing has changed. Somehow, 90% or so of African-Americans think differently, having noticed history.
