I have been watching the 4th of July rally/speech in front of the Mt. Rushmore national monument.

It is showing on this YouTube site:



It is one of several Fox sites, all showing it, and there are a few small channels also showing it.

Do you know who is NOT showing it?

ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, MSNBC, either live on TV or online. I just checked at the time of posting this thread.

They are all devoting their time to the usual "regular news," and anti-Administration commentary.

If this had been any other President, national networks would be showing the entire presentation.

Instead, I'll wager that there are recordings being made which will be analyzed and picked apart for those other "major outlets" and their subsidiaries. Why? IMO so as to show later with appropriate "commentary" in whatever way they think can do the most damage to the President.

Either directly by taking his statements out of context, or via misrepresenting him all to present him in the worst light possible.

Yep I watched parts of it. Know what I noticed? In a pandemic where face masks and social distancing SHOULD be applied, it isn't. In fact the lack of masks and social distancing is being ENCOURAGED by the President and folks like you. You CHEER it on.

I've taken the time to go back and read your posts in the past about Obama and I actually had EXTREME respect for reading those comments. Yes we know where to watch it, we all have a television set. I listened for a few sickening moments playing into his audiences fears of immigrants, abortion, democrats, etc. and turned it off after he said this.

"Every child, born or unborn, is made in the image of God"

Does Trump know what God looks like? Has anyone seen him or maybe Trump meant Jesus Christ. Trump wouldn't know the difference. One was a man on earth the other isn't. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding his meaning.

The whole speech is a loaded gun aimed at his base, loaded with populist propaganda.

I just don't see the point in taking the time to watch pathologically dishonest whores mouthing platitudes and pablum to suckers, rubes and easy marks.

What worse possible light can there be then to pack people together shoulder-to-shoulder and shout out any virus that may be contained within them onto each other w/o any mask in their cheer of Trump? An advertisement of pure Trump-cult stupidity, en-masse.
 
What a sad moment for our country.

He should be up there reassuring the citizens of this entire country that he's doing what we all need right now. Taking Covid19 head on. Instead he's there reading some speech and throwing in names of people who would be fleeing from his existence.

He looks like a melting candle.
 
Because most networks know it's morally wrong for the leader of the free world to be the vehicle for spreading a deadly pandemic. **** trump and I'll look forward to hearing his highlights of hatred tonight.

Naturally, those same standards don't apply to the large protests today in Colorado and St. Louis as well as the scheduled July 4 protests in Washington D.C.

I don't think Protestors should be protesting in large groups either. so again I ask, why isn't the president of the united states supporting wearing masks? Seriously man do you not see a difference between who is supposed to be the leader of the United States and protestors?

What did you think of his speech. I found it to be underwhelming. I think he squandered away a good opprotunity tonight.

I think he was trying to make it as "uniting" as he could, avoiding his typical bombastic "off-the-cuff" methodology.

I believe his team is trying to keep him "on-script" so as not to allow the "usual suspects" much ammunition to create negative spin.

I like that he focused on a generally unifying position using the creation of the nation as a push-point.

I expect his actual future rally efforts to be more (or less) like the old 2016 Trump, and then there will be the 3 "debates."
