Ignore the poll like you ignore Trump's tumbling popularity. Public opinion has been shifting for years. Racists who share your opinion are dying off. I'm pretty sure the representatives also considered the fact that the NCAA and other organizations were going to refuse to host events in Mississippi.

Again, her claim has nothing to do with conservatism.

YOU get your facts straight. Wallace ran as a 3rd party candidate in 1964 not as a Democrat. He won 5 Southern states. Texas voted Democrat. Those formerly loyal Democrat states abandoned the party on the national level and voted for Wallace. Later they would all become Republican states.

The people who voted for Wallace turned to Republicans when the Democratic party showed them the door.

Well there you have it... Public opinion polls are after all, far more reliable than casting votes... Which is why Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election.

It's time to take action, right? Tell the king of Mississippi to send the royal guard out and immediately burn those flags... and while there at it, arrest and flog anyone who doesn't immediately burn a flag that they have in their possession. Any people who voice any dissent what so ever to these action, please put their names and addresses on the "deplorable" list so our BLM militia can deliver the proper punishment.

Obviously, those politicians wouldn't agree to this if they felt the public support wasn't there. Yet somehow you know better than the politicians regarding their constituents.

If Mississippi is racist enough they can have a referendum and bring the flag back. But that means no conventions or major events in Mississippi. Reduced tourism. For what? A symbol of traitorous slavers?

I think the politicians made the smart moves. Voters are still free to go down the stupid route.

You dont know whay opinion is. My opinion does not change the fact that your trying to pass a junk poll off as evidence of something. Your poll has a 4.5% margin of error which makes it useless

I like football but rather than give up watching it, I dont solicit any of their sponsors. Any commercial I see while viewing goes on my list. I get an added satisifaction from them paying to entertain me but getting nothing in return from me.

I don't know if I'll buy my Directv NFL Ticket this year...I just..can't. Two years of the kneeling bullcrap and then last year it seemed to have finally not been burdened by the political demonstrations. Now this year promises to be worse than ever. I'm not spending my time and money on it.
