Utterly shameful race baiting on your part. You do realize that all of the troubled areas where these well publicized confrontations with police are going on are in democrat party controlled cities and states don't you? They are also primarily democrat mayor appointed police chiefs. You may not be aware that roughly 55% of people killed in confrontations with Police are white. Roughly 28% are black. Yet only the black deaths are sensationalized.

I am an independent as well. And my immigration statement is absolutely true. Despite having campaigned against illegal immigration in the past, the democrats at some point during the Bush Administration made the decision to support illegal immigration for the sake of ultimately changing the voting demographics in their favor. They had already managed to do so in California and wanted to repeat that success. Their goal is to turn enough southwest states red to keep them in power in perpetuity.

You have described your approach: uninformed and guessing. Roberts and Gorsuch etc are not intimidated by the unusual practice of the AG to get involved in the case. When Trump is defeated, he will pardon Flynn, who will have to admit that, yes, he lied to get the pardon. He will have no grounds to file and lawsuit.

You won't see the Democratic Party blame the surge in the Covid-19 virus on their Hispanic voting bloc of peeps. Check the stats. The Hispanic uptick from coast to coast primarily in our border states has created the surge in the second round of the virus.

This is how dishonest the Democrats have become. And yes, their uneducated lapdogs, especially the white part of their base has swallowed their party and media's narrative hook, line and sinker; it's all Trump and his base's fault for the not wearing of masks and lack of social distancing. The Obama Administration deported illegals at a record rate. That you would believe illegal immigration was done for political gains is comical. Illegal immigration has been exploited by big businesses who want cheap labor.

You do not speak for either one of them. I actually do not consider Gorsuch a bad justice, even if I did disagree with him on one decision. Neither of those two justices is even remotely likely to uphold Sullivan. It's rather illogical for you to assume that either of the two will rule with the four liberal justices into perpetuity. You need to study separation of powers. Sullivan does not have a legal leg to stand on in regards to preventing the Justice Department from dropping the case against Flynn.

For the last time, you are making it up as you go along. While a president can condition granting a pardon on admittance of guilt, there is no law requring it. President Gerald Ford did not ask President Nixon for an admittance of guilt before pardoning him for crimes connected to Watergate. President Clinton pardoned 16 FALN terrorists who were not even seeking a pardon, and he certainly did not ask them for an admittance of guilt. President Clinton also did not ask financier Marc Rich for an admittance of guilt. You need to educate yourself on the power of a presidential pardon, or you can continue to look foolish.

Flynn already has ample grounds to file a lawsuit. His constitutional rights were violated by the FBI and Justice Dept by the way they ran the investigation. But then, I don't expect you to understand that.

@Obamacarefail is a complete fail on Flynn's guilt having to be acknowledged in accepting a pardon. Flynn will have to, once again, admit his guilt and confess that he lied.
