Flynn is free, a severe blow to our once proud DOJ

Amazing that we have the first HONEST DOJ head in decades and these guys don't want him checking into Democrat corruption. Go figure, eh?

Flynn has to accept no such thing. A pardon simply removes the conviction and all consequences of it. It doe not require any admittance of guilt. My prediction is that it will never get to the necessity for a pardon. Judge Emmet Sullivan is only delaying the inevitable. Either the court's will drop the case or the SCOTUS will kill it. Justice Roberts is in my opinion a horrible Justice He has legislated from the bench at least twice. However he is not likely to uphold Emmet Sullivan's chicanery.

Well, you better study up because you are completely wrong. A pardon is conditioned on the fact that a crime was committed and confessed to: guess what, my friend?

Roberts will uphold Sullivan. So will Gorsuch and the four liberal justices.

It is fascinating how often the leftists accuse others of doing what they do.Spell binding, actually. Loretta Lynch and Eric Holder were the two most corrupt DOJ heads in HISTORY. Now we FINALLY have Barr who doesn't need the job getting to the bottom of the corruption of the Obama administration and they say HE is corrupt. Absolutely amazing stuff here.

Nadler is freaking out trying to do whatever he can to put a stop to it.

Snopes is a VERY far left site run by a husband and wife in their basement. To show how they HATE it when they have to report actual facts, they put an unnecessary addon

That alone shows just how biased Snopes is, but MSM is the same. Here they confirmed he did NOT say it but they have to include for their lemmings the snide qualifier that THEY are not sure if really meant it. Snopes and MSM are trash.

As always, the law and order crowd only wants law and order when it means locking up more black people. No one on the Right ever complains about aggressive policing or stings when they can put a negro away for thirty years.

You do not have the foggiest clue what you are talking about and you are making it up as you go along. If you are guilty, admitting guilt and repenting can help get you a pardon, however presidential pardons do not come with any preconditions. And you can fantasize all you like about Roberts and Gorsuch upholding Emmet Sullivan's chicanery, however you would be in for a major disappointment. Roberts and Gorsuch are well aware that the Justice Dept was quite legally justified to drop the case against Flynn. The case against Flynn has completely collapsed. As a matter of fact, when this is all over, Flynn will in all likelihood file a lawsuit against the the former top leadership of the FBI and Robert Mueller. And he will win.

I have a college education. How about you? It is actually the democrat party that loves the uneducated. The democrats primarily desire a voting base that is poorly educated, low income, and totally dependent on government entitlements. That's why the democrats primarily do well in the inner cities. It's also why they made the decision to support massive illegal immigration through our southern borders.
