Well, judging by the video I saw a couple of days ago i posit they were disrespectful of a cop and there were no cameras around so they got a false assault on a police officer charge.

What if...? said:

I've seen it a bit.

I have a personal experience. Not me, but a close friend. Cops loed about what happened,.charged her with multiple counts of assault with a deadly weapon (roller skates) swore she kicked them like a ninja on the stand when what really happened is a rookie dislocated her elbow by misapplying a hold and they got kicked while she was flailing around trying to relieve the pressure. On her stomach across the cop car.

They went door to door in the mostly Latino neighborhood and literally told them to stay quiet if they knew what was good for them.

It was surrealistic. Like something you see in a "b" movie. Overly melodramatic.

But she carries two felonies now for the rest of her life.

For rollerskating in the street and giving a false name.

I had a cop pull me over because he thought I was laughing at him. Threatened me with harm and jail then said... that will teach you to never **** with cops again. I was dumbfounded at his attitude, anger and abuse of power. I was only 18 or something... if that happened now I would at least make a complaint. Wish I had a cell phone back then.

What if...? said:

Now imagine if he killed you and they just believed his story.

As they did in the current case and the one where the vigilantes killed the guy for not being vigilanteed.

Nothing happened until everybody saw it.

You would have ended up with a felony and no one would have believed you.

Now imagine that happens to people you know with frequency. You've probably seen it happen to someone you know with your own eyes.

Then imagine what your attitude towards cops would be.

That's a big part of how we got where we are.

Then the cop decided to pin Floyd and asphyxiate him in some power tripping mode.

People were videoing and telling him to get off, that he obviously could not breath and that they should check his pulse... the cop just sat there not giving a **** until the medic told the cop to get off. It was too late at that point.

We need to spend 2X more money policing black neighborhood so that next generation of black children feel perfectly safe walking to and from school every single day of thier lives.
We need to pay school teachers in majority black schools 2X ass much so we can draw the absolute best teachers.
We need to get rid of teachers who are not doing their job. unions and public school policies should be 100% about education and 0% teacher benefits once the pay is resolved.
We need to increase the school year They have a ton of catching up to do and if it is a poor neighborhood and a good school, the kids are probably better off in school.
We need to collect a focused private public sector black college merit scholarship fund. every dollar contributed by the private sector will be matched by the federal government.

Lastly, we need to provide this benefit to black nieghborhoods for 23 year. Yes, an entire generation will have gone thru this by the end.

Personally, that would be my proposal for reparations for the black race due to slavery.

Here is the thing, if you provide safety and education for a black neighborhood, then it is absolutely possible that the educated well of black population will reside in these neighborhoods and provide additional leadership and role model examples.

Why should there be such a discrepancy in education? If children are encouraged to learn mathematics, science, languages,etc. then they would be more prepared to enter the working world by getting a job that's better than Burger King or Pizza Hut. We should take a lesson from India, one of the most populated, poorest countries in the world, yet their educational system is far superior to many other developed countries, the US being one of those. Their schools have dedicated, skilled teachers that are focused on teaching. They have science labs, laboratories, libraries, etc. With nearly 1.4 billion people, India's educational system is only becoming better, placing in the top half rankings of 80 countries for best in education.

So there's the starting point, that's the jump-off place for the future of the lives of inner city kids that are living in ghettos for blacks. It's education.
