One dictionary general definition is: The suppression or prohibition of any parts of a book, film, news, etc, that are considered obscene, politically unacceptable or a threat to security.
A political definition is:When a government attempts to conceal, fake, distort or falsify information that its citizens receive by suppressing or crowding out political news that the public might receive through news outlets.
So when I look a the definitions and what Twitter is doing to Trump's tweets I can say that they are not in any way meeting either definition of censorship. They are not prohibiting or suppressing any of what Trump writes in his tweets. They are certainly not the government and are not trying to conceal, fake, distort or falsify any of the information in Trump's tweets, only allowing the reader to decide for themselves if they wish to read the fact check.
Wht i find interesting is that Trump's eo seems to be censoring the ability of Twitter to fact check. So the EO written by Trump is the real attempt at censorship, not Twitter using fact check.

Trump is not being censored. Twitter isn't deleting or redacting anything Trump says.

Twitter just adds a tiny message at the bottom of Trump's Twitter posts, "this is a lie".

That's not censorship.

“Seems to” is a very good choice of words, but your perception is wrong. Trump’s EO does no such thing.

Rather, his EO requests rule making to “clarify” various aspect of 203.

What would you call it then?

Don't see why people who think gun manufacturers should be held liable for the use of their products are bent out of shape because social media might be held liable for the use of their product

Get over it, trump is using this as a threat to media, screw with his tweets, i.e., fact check them, and he will use his office get them. totally inappropriate use of his office and power and an attempt to censor Twitter. If you can not see it then you are totally politically blind.
