Allowing States to go bankrupt at any time would be a disaster. Having them go bankrupt during an economic decline that is looking like a Depression would 100% guarantee that we would be in a Depression.

McConnel and the GOP suggesting this is red meat for their base because **** those loser blue states... but the reality of what they propose would place the country in more of an economic spiral. It's absolutely ludicrous for men like McConnell particularly, to suggest states should claim bankruptcy when they're in a financial bind and if he believed that, the state of Kentucky would have had to claim bankruptcy 20 years ago. These powerful men like McConnell have no patriotism in their body. He doesn't have a concept of what 'united' means in our name. He's strictkly out for himself and the billionaires in the Federalist Society.

Remind us all of the times that Bernie suggested that his supporters go to DC and shoot up Republicans, or shared the words of another person suggesting that, since you just brought it up. That's the only way it has relevance to the story of your crush Trump sharing this.

I wish Moderate Right would make even a little effort to mask his devotion to and adoration of Trump while posting on here. It's unseemly to watch a grown man grovel in front of us to defend a disgusting reality TV game show host lifelong Liberal who wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire.

That Minneapolis riot last night looked and looks like the summer of 1968 when I was 14-yo. Keep the faith moderate GOP Northeastern. I miss my Maine and Cousins; she misses her Green Mtns; and we both miss the Kancamagus.
