There is always someone that wants to tell you what you can and cant do.

The latest example of this is from a member on one of my bike forums. It seems that he rode his trike to the cemetery to put flowers on a grave. Someone stopped him and told him it was disrespectful to ride his contraption on the streets of the cemetery. Now I ask you what the hell business of theirs was it to stop him and tell him that. Logically if you look at it, his trike was almost totally silent, far more quiet than some noisy stinking car.

What say members here about this.

A) You have a funny definition of freedom..

isn’t conservatives who think it is ok for the state to execute unarmed civilians , support civil forfeiture and have root and stem championed the war on drugs??


In horrible terminal pain and want to end it?? Conservatives say you cannot choose to..

Liberals complain to a corporation, who then decides to drop whatever was being complained about , and that is government over reach...even though the government has nothing to do with it...

Conservatives throw you in a concrete box FOR YEARS, for smoking pot but that is not government over reach..


B) When was this mythical age when no one was telling us what to do?? Relatively of course???

The penalty for Non-violent offenses has only dropped..

At least now SOME shady police shootings are being outed..

I ride a tadpole trike about 25 miles every other day. It is very silent. I can roll right up behind people on the trails without them knowing Im there. I have to yell on your left.

According to the guy that posted it on a biking forum. I see no reason not to believe him. In the cycling world trikes are getting more and more popular.

Respect for the dead is a well-established cultural tradition, so the person complaining was probably conservative. Ignoring tradition is what liberals do, like the bike forum guy. That's probably why the person chastised him; because he's a liberal.

When you said trike, I thought of a three wheeled motorcycle. It is impossible to keep those quiet.

Why would anybody have a problem with somebody riding a three wheeled bicycle through there?
