Trump marks Memorial Day at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

"You know I'm technically kinda in the military, but they say I shouldn't wear a uniform. I dunno why. Uniforms are nice. Right? I'd look good one. I think I'd look good in one. What do you guys think? They say I'll look great. We'll look into it. Until then, I guess you could say I'm an unknown soldier too."

Trump is a bad President. That said, there are other Presidents in the past who did not serve. On the day to honor the ones who have served and for those who have died serving maybe one could refrain from the pollical hate or at least keep it for another thread.

To be open, I didn't serve. My dad did for 30 years. Served in WWII, Korea and Viet Nam. I served this country by protecting its natural resources for 30 years.

i almost had to look it up to make sure that he didn't actually say that. and while i'm laughing, i might actually still look it up to make sure.
 
We honor our dead, among them my grandfather, my father, my uncles, and my cousins.

The Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, former Vice President Joe Biden, meanwhile, made his first public appearance in more than two months by placing a wreath at a veterans park in Delaware near his home.

Quietly with his wife, at a local war memorial. Much more presidential.
