I certainly don't think there should be legal consequences here, but it shows the level of classiness we've come to expect from the right.

If they are breaking windows, windshields and other property .. they were armed, as firearms aren't the only weapon to destroy property. Besides, we don't know if the 10K+ protesters across the United States performing simulated lynchings, burning effigies, etc. had firearms or not. It's kind of silly to differentiate the same type of behavior across two different groups ... differently.

At least you explained your opposition to people being able to defend themselves by admitting you were an outlaw and imprisoned. Criminals never want victims to be able to defend themselves or their property for obvious reasons.

Of course you have to at least say you don't have a gun since you can't legally have one.

Not really .. perhaps you should revisit the earlier conversation if it wasn't evident. What's evident to me is you're lack of investment to have a meaningful dialogue, inconsistent thought process on "simulated lynchings" regardless of who performs them and that other weapons exist besides firearms to break "da windows" Good day.
 
i'll bet you that there's some jim bob idiot doing a hell yeah in front of it on facebook, so maybe his weapons can be seized because of threats against a public official.
