Michael Flynn, a Victim of FBI Misconduct

From the article:
Flynn, a retired general and the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, was respectful and subdued, eager for her advice. When Rice extended her hand and wished him the best of luck, Flynn asked her for a hug.

He needed it more than he could possibly have known.

Flynn did not then know that leaders of the FBI and the Justice Department were out for his head. They suspected he was a Russian agent—despite the fact that a counterintelligence investigation into Flynn launched five months earlier by the FBI had found no evidence for such a claim. Three weeks into the Trump administration, the Flynn hunt bagged its trophy.

Obama sure has gotten chatty lately.

What's the statutory penalty for 'railroading'?
Depends on how it's done. Unlawful prosecution, perjury, falsifying evidence. Just to name a few.

all Flynn had to do was not lie.

but isn't that a requirement for Republicans these days.

There is a credible source that states Flynn is guilty: Michael Flynn.

Even if there was any truth to this sham whatever it took to get a foreign agent off his seat at the NSC it had to be done. Did you really want our most guarded secrets in the hands of Putin? Is that what you are pissed about? That Flynn didn't get the chance to sell out his country again?

Michael Flynn case — how FBI officials, step by step, abused their power

Flynn is a confessed criminal and very lucky he hasn't been charged with treason, particularly after judge Sullivan heard the phone conversation and asked why he wasn't.

He wasn't railroaded, he is a criminal!!!

He didn't. Agents went back to FBI and said they believed him.

Cool, that is one of the most artistic photos of trump I've seen!!!

He is completely himself in his natural environment...

That should be hung in every government building in the United States....
This the best you got?

I'm sure the Trumpies need a repeat of Putin's interference in an election even more than they did in 2016.

Michael Flynn's biggest mistake, like many others, was aligning himself with Donald Trump.

Standard procedure for the FBI that little caveat lying to an FBI agent is against the law. Got Martha Stewart. Now FBI agents can lie to you all they want. Once they get their hooks into you your done.

Flynn was guilty just like Trump but not enough evidence to prove it until they got him in a lie and used that threat to get the rest of the story. That is the way the FBI has always operated.

Which railroad is lying to the FBI and then pleading guilty to it? Reading or B&O?

He didn't. Agents went back to FBI and said they believed him.

which is why he admitted, under oath, what he did and accepted the punishment (after stating it out loud).

i bet you support gangbangers too.
