Not only did Flynn admit his guilt, he also gave the information on all of his illegal activities which is required when turning state's evidence. All of that can be used against him in a trial. And how much durees can one person be with a lawyer present and being in his position. All of this changed when Barr became AG and promised him this if Flyn kept his mouth shut in the future. Trumpsters, you will believe anything, and I mean anything, tha Trump tells them. They are like the evangelicals that say God does as trump wants. PITIFUL!!!!!!

The new defense counsel did not have it. Assumptions again what proof do you have the Judge was unaware, remind you the GOV gave the defense counsel the documents. You think the US attorney was more concerned with defense counsel?

FLynn admitted under duress and threat that the FBI was going to go after his wife and son. that is illegal. Do you not know this?

They turned over 600k pages to new counsel. It appears all were Turned over before new counsel. Therefore the Judge had all documents.

Considering the microscope Barr and the Trump administration operate under I can assure anyone that Barr isn’t taking any marching orders. And how soon the partisans forget, Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch were in the oval office more than in their own offices.

Whats interesting as of late with the declassified documents released is how involved the Obama Administration was with this mess. This all goes well passed hardcore politics, spying with falsely obtained FISA warrants and the heads of our biggest law enforcement agency the FBI and the intelligence heads in the CIA colluding against an elected President of the US should scare the hell out of anyone.
