Trump aide denied campaign rigging in pre-election conversation with FBI secret source: transcript

The fact that Barr HAS said these things in an interview pretty much guarantees that Durham is going to be bringing charges against people.

No it doesn’t, it is solely for Trump and his base. You guys need this soooo bad.

Everyone knows that when the suspect denies doing anything wrong, the police have to stop investigating.

That's true when a suspect is being questioned by law enforcement authorities, but not so much when a person is talking to a friend or acquaintance in confidence, which is exactly what Papadopoulos believed to be the case.

.

Yes, Durham has a grand jury behind him.

The fact that the DOJ declined to prosecute McCabe for his lying and leaking doesn't mean he won't be charged with more serious crimes. Don't forget...McCabe signed off on one of those fraudulent FISA warrant applications.

Intent you need intent. From what has been out there they took to 2 grand juries and couldn’t get a true bill.

Who has stated the FBI lawyer wasn’t wrong? You guys notice Fox News uses their own Fox News story to simply feed their starved Durham fans waiting for the nothing Show.

an fbi lawyer was already confirmed to have tampered with evidence.

how we have it confirmed that the fbi not only tampered but perjured themselves to the fisa court to obtain illegal warrants.

for all your ranting about corruption why do you support it so much?

What 2 grand juries? What true bill?

Anyway, I'll leave it up to the lawyers to argue intent.

(though it might be hard to say, "OOPS!! Sorry FISA Court. I didn't MEAN to lie on that warrant application.")

Follow along he wasn’t charged for lying to a confidential source.

And it will have been a long time coming...

McCabe will never be charged.

The OP is dead wrong. They had no reason to give him any credence, and they had no reason to report his denials in an application for a warrant. That's just not how any of this works.

The idiot erased a sentence in an email. He was caught and will be prosecuted.

which invalidates the entire thing. it is called gross prosecutorial conduct.

Ranting? You are desperate you need this to happen. I thought Trump was pro-law enforcement?

He is a convicted felon. Your word salad doesn’t mean anything.

your inability to make an argument or counter his is why you lose.

i don't need anything to happen it already did happen.

again facts don't care about your feelings.

which is why he should fire every agent involved and barr should prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

the fbi should be a law enforcement agency not a law breaking one.

Rethink your hatred of America, your love of corruption, and your love of convicted criminals.

Why do you insist on ascribing motivations to me that simply don't exist?

Look, I get it. You dislike me. That's fine. It's also a free world and you can malign my character to your heart's content but doing so isn't going to change the facts and it really isn't going to sway me to your way of thinking. If it makes you feel better then have at it. I'm happy to be here to serve your obsession.

Except none of the things you want haven’t happened because there isn’t any intent. Barr tried two times to indict McCabe and failed. Facts don’t help any of your arguments.

there doesn't have to be intent for perjury.
why do you support corruption is my bigger question.

tampering with evidence and lying to a federal court does not require intent.

I support facts, not made up stuff. Perjury is the intent to mislead and/or lie during an official investigation. Next.

Papodopolous stated that nobody in the campaign was working with Russia. Unless the FBI had other information that implied, REASONABLY, that someone in the campaign WAS working with Russia then this denial is absolutely something that should have been disclosed to the court. It's all part of the same investigation.

Are you kidding me? Papo was convicted for lying to the FBI. Why would you believe one man when they have evidence of over 100 meetings between his campaign and Russians? Papo is as strange as Page.

And don't forget what happened to the 18 or so cases Mueller sent off to different prosecutors offices. Barr came to town and it all went away. In fact they buried it so well, most people don't even remember. I would highly suggest taking the time to read Volume I of the Mueller report and stop watching Fox propaganda.

Durham got ZIP.

it amazes me how much they rant and rave about corruption but then as you can see here they support it 100%.

You need to follow along... My comment was based on the original topic of this thread. I have no Idea wtf you're going on about.

Where was there corruption? A fbi lawyer erased a line on the email and was caught doing it. They found the guy and he will be charged.

For the last time, the attorney that lied has been fired as he should. Who was it that approved all those warrants and who was he appointed by? Enough said.

Your post speaks to the Trumpers. Incapable to follow the facts.

Yes they did have an obligation to include that information in their applications. This isn't a regular court, this is the FISA court and they require the FBI to submit the evidence they have on both sides of the argument so that the judge can decide if a warrant is applicable.
