Why should he has for a raise on $400,000 when he spends millions for golfing and trips? Yes, you were duped.
Can you tell me how his golfing costs "extra"? Do the Secret Service people get extra money on a golf course?

Remember when Republicans and their masters on Fox use to scream and spew hate at Obama for his golf trips..

But now of course they don't care, and some even DEFEND Trump's trips and the fact he's not only using MILLIONS of tax payers money on his trips, but much of that money goes to HIS golf resorts.

What a bunch of hypocrites Trumpsters are.

In such cases the POTUS is more likely to use signing statements to basically (try to) amend it after the fact.

In theory yes, but in practice it would be seen for what it is - simply time wasting.
