Kushner misspoke until the langauge altered the website concerning Fed stockpile!

Government website altered to match odd political talking points
I guess the Trump Administration never admits to a mistake or a misspeak, they just change things to match the mistake. So, before the langauge on the website fort the federal emergency stockpile basically said it was there to help states in time of emergencies, it now says it is just a "supplement". Ain't that convenient.
 
The stockpile that, according to Kush-****head-ner, is apparently not for the people living in the states that make up the union we call "the United States of America".
 
Nothing new really. In Trumplandia, reality is whatever the President says it is.
