There are about 13 million Green card holders in the U.S.

There's an estimated 11 to 12 million illegal immigrants

How many of these immigrants will just return to their home country of origin as a result of this crisis where there is less of a pandemic?

After all, they were never loyal to America to begin with

They were loyal to $$$$

What say you?

I say someone who has a nice house in America, a car, food, possibly a cash paying job, and free healthcare will not return home to a shack in a third world country.

I'm not so sure about that

Take Mexico, there economy has improved over the years. Investors from nations like China, have opened up factories there

Many of these immigrates in the U.S were planning on going back to there country anyway. It was a matter of "when"

I mean, they were having houses built for them

Many of these immigrants in the US end up having American kids, marrying American citizens, and generally integrating into America, whether you think they are or not because they still retain some of their culture. I have not known one single immigrant from Mexico who has gone back to Mexico to live permanently unless they were deported. Of course, that's just my personal experience.

Exactly. Natural Americans may hate America, but not immigrants clawing their way through cracks in our borders in efforts to settle here.

Well to be fair, it's easy to take for granted what you were born into.

True to what many of which you wrote.

But I know many who are retiring as kings to their country of origin before this crisis

They're having houses built in their old country

Also, many of these immigrants have no intention of being citizen.

That would be stupid because if they did, they would have to pay a fee whenever they go back and forth to their country of origin

But things are different now with this pandemic, people are scared

Is there something wrong with working hard to send money home to your family?

That's true. I find it pathetic that conservative republicans hate the United States so passionately.

Yes, especially because welfare recipients could take their place and work hard(Like it use to be)

I hear all our illegals from Greenland are rowing their way home as we speak.

I think there is very few pub's that are truly conservative

Honestly I'd rather work alongside immigrants than chronic welfare recipients. Usually the immigrants are more useful and have better work ethics.

.

True, but take the welfare away from the recipient , and that will change. They're force to change

If you have something just given to you what do ya think was gong to happen?

You can take the freebies away from a moocher, that doesn't make them not a moocher. They're still bad employees, trust me I've seen it happen. Usually they stink at the job and they don't last long.

Trust me

If it really happened and now they have to survive?

They will change

It's called late stage socialism

Of course they'll survive. Some people would rather sift through trash than hold down a job. I don't really care. I don't see any valid reason why companies should prefer to hire American born welfare recipients over immigrants. There's just no tangible benefit for them to do so.

Then you will just enable the status quo?

As opposed to what, banning foreign labor? That would be a recipe for economic catastrophe, which is the last thing we need right now.
