Trump Reportedly Wants His Signature on Coronavirus Stimulus Checks

This story appeared in today's WSJ. Here's that link but it's behind a paywall:

Regardless of whether this is even possible for him to order, the very idea of him wanting to do this just shows once again how deeply ****ed-up this "man's" brain his. There is no limit to his egomaniacal, narcissistic, self-aggrandizing, sleazy, infantile, self-worshiping psychopathy. Ever since the coronavirus threat was clear he's had to be dragged kicking and whining to take action and then after month's delays he issue much belated orders after which he praises himself for being decisive and bold--IOW pretending he's the exact opposite of what he is and has done.

I want to believe that this stunt, even if it goes nowhere, that just a few of the most dedicated trumphumping cultists of this Dirtbag might actually if briefly give pause. But I will not be holding my breath.
 
Such checks are usually signed by the Comptroller.

But I wouldn't put it past Donnie to aggrandize that signature for his own political gain.
 
imo, if he wants to sign the checks then he should get out his personal checkbook :lamo.

Then why should you need a $1500 check from Uncle Sam? I thought that conservatives hated bailouts, big government, and socialism, or was that last week's talking point?

I can use it now. If I didn't it I would continue having to use the inheritance I got from my dad that I have invested in the stock market. My goal is to have at least $500,000 by the time I'm 70. Giving me several options even without Social Security benefits.

I was fired from my job as a football coach and teacher (history, science). Haven't found another job yet.

But don't worry, it's not like he was let go for touching students. Not unless you count the lives of all the young black boys he taught to be men in his gym class through tough love and hard earned respect. Now, I know you might be thinking, wait is that the plot from Dangerous Minds? And the answer is no. Michelle Phifer played an English teacher i think, and was a woman. Totally different.
