Already did a post on this. Biden is mostly likely going to pick a woman. Klobuchar, Warren, Demings, Girsham, Baldwin and NH Senators Shaheen and Hassan are really strong options for him.
 
If he wants to pick up the votes of all of the angry pro Bernie millennials, then Biden should look at Katy Perry or Justin Beiber.
 
It doesn't matter who Biden picks, he will resign the Presidency or be killed off withing months of taking the office.

Biden is just a "Safe & None-Radical" placeholder, in hopes of getting Moderate, Independent, and Never-Trump-Gop voters. He will probably choose to resign due to increasing Dementia.

I would not rule out Hillary as Biden's VP

I would not rule out Tulsi Gabbard.

I would not rule out M. Obama.

I won't be Sanders.
