People in America expect capitalism to burp occasionally.

But do you expect that from Socialism too?

Actually multiply the worst of Capitalism by 1000 and you end up with Socialism.

You have never seen a burp like the Socialist Burp. I mean totally empty stores. Multiply the current socialist alarm over Corona Viris by a million and you get what you can expect from socialism.

Notice how no socialist mentions the burps? The food shortages, the shortages of medicine and even money?

Some of you experts on Socialism, show the Democrats why socialism is their ruin.

Socialism is the science of putting all your eggs in one basket. Now, way back in the old days socialism was bad because baskets were poorly engineered and the people carrying them were generally uneducated. These days socialism is greatly improved because we have more highly educated egg carriers and better engineered baskets and phone apps that advise us on stacking our eggs so that they don't fall over. Now that we no longer have to rely on God to protect our eggs and can rely on scientists to pick out only the best eggs and transport them in the best way possible we can have the best socialism possible....once we get rid of all those deplorables who keep trying to trip us up. You simply can't have good quality socialism if people are allowed to run around all independent minded and stuff.

If Prager said Venezuela is bad, then it must be good! Bread lines in the USSR, empty government run store shelves in Cuba, and people starving to death in resource-rich Venezuela. What could it mean?

I’ve been paying taxes for my SS and MC for 40 years. (I bought it)
How is that socialism ? I paid for that just like I paid for my car insurance.

Socialism = Venezuela

I have social security. I find it does not run my life. Actually it pays a whopping return on the investment. Finest capitalist system known to man.

Medicare screws my doctors. Doctors resent it yet to stay alive accept my claims.

VA is an unearned nor paid for benefit as to the Vets using it.

Well, as always, it's good to know that you socialists are there to do our thinking for us, Eco. We'd all be completely lost without you and deep down inside we know that and quietly worship the ground you fine people walk on....though we worship it in a wholly agnostic fashion because we don't want to offend anyone by having them think we meant worshiping in a religious sense.

CMPancake, You wouldn't get any pancakes to eat under socialism. They would be rationed and you'd have to petition the Fuhrer for special treatment. It would cost you your pet cat in exchange. He would be very well taken care of and pictures of the dinner would be sent.

Venezuela is pretty bad. So is Prager. Both are sources of alot of propaganda.

They certainly should. Socialist public schools are failures with bloated administrations, teachers that really can't be fired no matter how bad they are. Private schools would do far better and this has been proven in a socialist country that has experimented with it. You should know this since you must study socialism. If not, Google it.

The utilities that are gubment run are overpriced.
