The three-judge panel -- Judges Karen Henderson, David Tatel and Thomas Griffith was in unanimous agreement, saying the Democratic lawmakers lack the standing to challenge the President. “Members can and likely will continue to use their weighty voices to make their case to the American people, their colleagues in the Congress and the President himself,” but without the whole of Congress asserting itself through majorities in both houses, the court added, “we will not – indeed we cannot – participate in this debate.”

So Democrats can resurrect it just like they are with the whole Russia Russia Russia hoax but the SCOTUS will NEVER side with their claims.

6. We have conclusive evidence of Trumps alliance with Russia to effect the outcome of an election
7. Trump will be removed from office for the Emoluments clause
8. We will get Trumps tax returns
9. Trump will not be able to be on the ballot in (X) amount of states unless he releases his tax returns

So you are telling me that Democrats, the FBI, and the CIA are all either that stupid, or they are all outsmarted by Trump.

That's one court, there are more cases in the pipeline. As long as the president keeps breaking rules and laws, expect the opposition to continue. The point is it is an ongoing concern. And this being the internet, we are free to speculate on the evidence at hand.

It comes down to this. If you can hold a president accountable for being wealthy prior to office and having businesses who might benefit from him holding office, then we would have removed a lot of presidents. The Emoluments clause does not prohibit business transactions especially when those businesses existed prior to office.

Every court they have run to has dismissed this case. Meaning even if they found a judge who agrees with them, the SCOTUS will squash it. Democrats are perverting the clause into something it never was. The last 3 judges stated this was a waste of the courts time and this is based on “fatally flawed” interpretations of the constitutional constraints and should be dismissed.

This would mean that no president who owns a business could ever run for office as any business a president owns will surely see additional profits just from the fact he is the president.

Every time they are told they have no case, but continue to try and find another judge to help them, they just convince the public this is nothing but a witch hunt.

the problem is not having businesses but running the country for their benefit. Trump even ensures public money is directly spent at his resorts. This goes way beyond having a 'potential' conflict of interest: he is deliberately profiting from his office.

But Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, and Nadler have a different take. Bidens son getting millions out of the only two countries Biden was in charge of while riding around on Air Force two is business as usual.
