So trump now wants two democratic judges to recuse themselves from any trump related cases that might reach the supreme court. He says they are biased.

So my fine feathered friends on the republican side of the aisle, what think you?

He offers no proof, just the words biased and can't be 'fair' to him.

Does anyone on the right notice if anyone disagrees with trump should either be removed or not allowed to voice an opinion. This ok with y'all?

Cruz scorches Sotomayor over court critique, turns tables on her dissent

Cruz scorches Sotomayor over court critique, turns tables on her dissent | Fox News

Republican Sen. Ted Cruz on Tuesday tore into Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor for a widely noticed dissent in which she blasted her colleagues for lifting injunctions on controversial Trump administration policies.

During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the use of nationwide injunctions – which stop policies from taking effect – Cruz cast the blame on liberal jurists for what he described as an abnormal number of these measures against the Trump administration in the first place. He accused judges of acting as "partisan political activists."

This, he argued, has reasonably resulted in the government fighting back.

“If you look to the facts of what’s happening with nationwide injunctions, I think it will explain why the Department of Justice has had to ask the Supreme Court to intervene over and over again,” Cruz said.

Gangsta from Oakland/Chicago type corruption.

Thanks for the fox news opinion. What's yours?

Sotomayor puts her political bias on display and then people wonder why she gets blowback. She's there to adjudicate cases based on the Constitution, not be yet another cheerleader for Democrats.

Leftists do that all the time and then not recuse themselves.

But hey, it doesn't harm anything by asking and/or pointing out the political bias of a leftist judge.

She'd be better off sticking to writing children books ... that woman is a disgrace to the Supreme Court.

Typical racist excuse.

I realize the truth hurts.

Probably double for those that attend church

He's a plain stupid fool. He want's to win every case Trump or Trump related that heads to the SCOTUS. He's a nut. It will never happen. They have no reason to recuse. Just another example of how Trump aspires to be KING. He already has a huge conservative advantage. He want's the whole deal.

People are wondering why is he doing this now? He is very worried about the next big case coming up. Trump taxes. To be heard in March.

She made a reasoned argument which is automatically viewed as political bias by some, and we can predict who the "some" will be. But if she is negatively biased those justices who always find a way to agree with the Administration must be positively biased, so maybe all of them should disqualify themselves.

This is sort of, 'trump calls those Justices assholes; then he says, how can they be unbiased against someone who called them assholes?'

Her criticism is a flat out insult to Roberts and the other conservative justices. Telling a justice he is putting politics above his duty to the law strikes at the core of his judicial being. It took nerve or her part. But the fact of their repeated, unprecedented acceptance of the Administration's claims of "emergency" speaks for itself.
