Three Dozen Questions for Congress (and News Media) to Ask Attorney General Barr

2/18/20
At the very heart of the concerns about the current Attorney General is his apparent failure as the nation’s top law enforcement officer to apply the law equally to all Americans. His most sacred duties include avoiding dispensing justice disproportionately for the President’s political friends and imposing scrutiny disproportionately to the President’s perceived political adversaries. Many of our questions go to this core concern—the equal application of the law—by asking Barr whether the treatment he gave to Roger Stone, Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, and others is unusual, and whether he can even name other cases in which he made similar interventions on behalf of any American, let alone Trump’s perceived adversaries. The answer to those and other questions will reveal the degree to which the Department has been damaged by the appearance and reality of political interference.

Three former FBI agents list 36 questions that should be asked of AG William Barr when he appears (if he does) before the House Judiciary Committee next week.

In order to find "other cases in which he made similar interventions" you would have to find other instances of the federal investigation of a political campaign's staff based on questionable, at best, evidence of wrongdoing and then handed over to a special prosecutor's team for further investigation/prosecution.

The deep staters are scared ****less.

AG Barr is scheduled for 31MAR20.

So..."Just Security". I'm not sure many people are aware of who they are and what they've been doing...and what their agenda is. Suffice it to say they are some of the most active Trump-haters out there. They've even been receiving and presenting classified information from WH leakers. I suggest anyone reading anything from this bunch filter everything through a reality sieve.

Speaking of which, it appears Just Security doesn't have such a sieve...rather, their's is designed to pass bias...not reality.

Case in point:

13. There is a longstanding rule, still in effect, that requires that possible election-law violations, like the one raised by the whistleblower’s complaint, be referred by the Justice Department to the Federal Election Commission. Why didn’t you order such a referral in this case? If you weren’t aware of this rule, you are now, thanks to this question—so will you be making the required referral?

Just Security's bias seems to prevent them from knowing the reality that the DOJ did, in fact, consider "possible election-law violations" and determined that not only do those violations not exist, but that the whistleblower had no evidence of such violations...only the hearsay and opinions of others. Simply put, there was nothing to refer to the FEC.

If the House members who ask Barr questions end up asking THIS one, Barr will slap them upside the head just as easily as I have.

Fixed that for ya
