What is "it" that is mental illness?
I can't say much more without risking the moderators' ire. You have repeatedly dismissed your own links that show high rates of LGBT youth being kicked out of their homes, subject to mental and physical abuse and discrimination at every stop along the way, schools, group homes, foster homes, their family, church, many of their old friends.
And here, and elsewhere, you're blaming the LGBT victims for the "mental illness" that can be traced directly to the bigotry, discrimination and abuse, while showing NO CONCERN AT ALL about why society heaps such discrimination and abuse on these young people, which is traced directly to that anti-gay bigotry.
Finally, you obviously have no evidence "it" if "it" is the problem that can be traced to mental illness, other than the kind of mental illness that's common for abused youth, gay or straight, and can be traced back to the abuse, rejection, etc. of family and others.
When you are assimilated into a cult, to disagree with anything the cult endorses is impossible. The entire point of the cult is to control thinking. To believe the facts about LBGT people would mean the denial of the cult...and that aint gonna happen.
True Christians are able to examine The Word, in the context of facts and reality, and realize that the stories told in the Bible are to be instructive, not repressive. They exist and successfully (for most of us) present God's true Message of forgiveness, brotherly love, compassion, and peace. That really is the entire thing.
The stories in the Bible were translated by men of the times.
