The Federal prosecutors have been trying for months to find something, anything to charge McCabe with and could not even get a Federal Grand jury to indict MaCabe. There is an old saying that the Feds could get a Grand Jury to indict a sandwich. I was on and Foreman of a Federal grand Jury and in 18 mnths we only failed to indict one time. Apparently from the court papers the prosecutors witnesses told them and the Grand Jury that McCabe did nothing wrong and followed all of the rules. The prosecutors kept asking for more time and finally the judge said no more. The judge apparently rebuked the prosecutors for bending to the will of their leaders to find something to charge McCabe with and the prosecutors did not even argue with that, just said "yes judge". I am sure though that this will not be the final political investigation of someone who apposes Trump.

Were you on a GJ in “Swamp Central” in DC?

Either way, he’s probably part of the Durham investigation.

So tell me...do you have a link to these "court papers"?

I'm just asking because I'm under the impression that grand jury matters are kept secret. Could it be that someone has illegally leaked grand jury activity? Or is someone just making **** up?

Without knowing more, I'm inclined to go with the latter, because the DOJ IG...when he recommended that McCabe face criminal indictment...was very clear about the crimes and misconduct that McCabe engaged in, including leaking sensitive information to the media on more than one occasion as well as lying to FBI and DOJ investigators on multiple occasions.

DOJ drops leak case vs. McCabe, judge said White House involvement like a '''banana republic'''
Here is a link but I heard even more about it on a talking head show where they read from the info sent by the judge to the prosecutors. Of course you will not believe being a trumpster and it is not Fox News. As if FOx News would ever cover something that is negative toward Trump.

Thanks for the link, that clears things up...kind of...

1. That wasn't a grand jury. It was, in fact, a judge in a FOIA case spouting off.

2. I didn't see anything in there about "prosecutors witnesses told them and the Grand Jury that McCabe did nothing wrong and followed all of the rules." Maybe you need to find another link?
