Perhaps black parents can't read and write because Georgia has had Republican governors since 2003.We know Republicans hate public schools, and we also had W's every child left behind initative going on at the same time.

If Vice President Biden did actually say that, he shows that he is NOT qualified to be president.

Even if he believes that, anyone with a modicum of common sense would never, ever say that out loud to anyone, including "friends."

Besides, the Honorable Gentleman is totally unaware of how he is patronizing that group by implying that he has them in his pocket when it comes to elections in, for example, South Carolina.

The buzz is that the gentleman is toast.
