I guess that new app was suppose to make everything flow much easier and has turned out to be a FUBAR. When it failed they were told to call in the results. One guy on twitter stated he has been on hold for an hour trying to report his 7 person caucus results. They are now being told to take pictures of their results then drive the results to another location.

Three in 10 of these first-timers said they support Sanders; about a quarter said their top choice is Buttigieg. Elizabeth Warren and Joe Biden trail behind.

Yeah, but it's actually not a bad speech if you're O.K. with traditional Midwestern non-hyperbolic deadpan.

We all knew it would take a while for the DNC in Iowa to learn to count. Still no results.
 
Well, I ain't waiting any more.11;30 and we have zero results, no indications of what the results will be, and no clue when results may be announced. I am out...
